Is it normal to argue with your boyfriend?
Have you ever had an argument with your boyfriend? Arguing is totally fine when to comes to friends and family but when it comes to really close relationships like lovers then it’s getting hard to evaluate. So is it normal to argue with your boyfriend? How a normal argument with your boyfriend should look like? Should I forget about it and move on? Those and many other questions will be answered here in this article. We did create our pool recently and asked our viewers about this issue, and we’ll show the statistics later.
As a quick answer we’ll say yes, it’s totally fine to argue with your boyfriend, but how loud and mean was that conversation is something different. It’s also hard to judge because when you’re reading this article then you will have only one side view of that problem, but we will try to give you the general look on this situation also with statistics from other lovers.
Statistics about arguing between lovers
So as we said above, we recently posted on our page and pool and asked girls (because 95% of our audience is female) those two questions:
Did you argue in the last month with your boyfriend?
Was this one of those mean conversations or polite one?
When it comes to results… about 58% percent for the question “Did you argue in the last month with your boyfriend?” answered with “Yes”, and the second can shock you but for the question “Was this one of those mean conversations or polite one?” about 31% percent answered, “Mean conversation”.
How we should interpret it? Most couples do argue a lot with each other and it’s totally fine, but almost one-third of them doing it in an unhealthy way that can lead their relationship to break up. Unfortunately, we didn’t add any additional questions to the pool, but that can give us an overall look at this problem, so it’s a common issue. Remember that our audience is mostly female based so we have only one side of that problem, and maybe your boyfriend has seen this totally different, maybe he will even not consider this an argument.
Also, note that our audience is based mostly on females in the range of 16 to 35 so it can change a lot if you are outside of that range. If your relationship is older than 5 years that the number of “Mean conversations” should also decrease. For you to compare our statistics you can check the study form news.utk.edu.
How a normal argument with my boyfriend should look like?
If you just finished an argument a few minutes ago and ran into the internet to seek information then we can calm you down a bit, because the emotions that are left inside you are still active and you’re not thinking straight, we can say that you’re not “sober” right now. For example when you finished a movie a minute ago, and you think it was great but after a few weeks you start to see a lot of new things about it, the emotions are also down and you will give it a lot lower rate than you previously did.
It’s totally normal so you should wait a bit a don’t do anything that you will regret a few weeks or days later. Because if you’re thinking about breaking up then when your emotions will fall down after some time you will start to look at it differently, and see new things, like benefits from being in a close relationship that you don’t see right now.
For the future think about how important is that relationship for you, and try to remember that whenever you will get into an argument with your boyfriend, that way it will be easier to stay on the constructive and polite side of conversation rather than loud and unhealthy.
Should I forget about our last argument and move on?
Of course not, you have to accept whatever happened and face the reality, so right now you should sit down for a bit and think about things that have been spoken. Try to make constructive arguments and think about how you can show them to your boyfriend, maybe you were right all along but the way was totally bad. And If you came to the conclusion that you were wrong, don’t hide it, tell him that and say “I’m sorry” for it.
Remember that every closed quarrel with your boyfriend will make your relationship stronger, that’s how it all works, when you can say mean things to each other and later laugh about it then your bond is getting stronger. So don’t hide it and try to reconcile.

Arm pain after fall
Falling is dangerous especially for our arms, but why? Because our brain instantly sends impulses to activate arms to reduce the fall damage, that way your falling onto your arms instead of falling on your chest and even face. That is why we have arm pain after fall. But if it already happened what can we do now?

The arm pain after fall can be caused by many factors, like simple bruises and wounds, or even a broken bone, also dislocated joints are common. But the real question is what we can do about it? At first, you check your arm for any wounds or burns, because bruises will show up only after a few hours after fall. If you can’t find any of those and also the Arm is in pain for more than 2 days then an orthopedic visit can be unavoidable. The doctor will check your current health condition.
You should avoid putting stress on that arm during the process of healing, like lifting and holding things, try to use your second hand instead. Also, regular consultations will make you less stressed about that injury.
Dislocated arm
If your arm was dislocated then there is a high chance that it moved back in the right place after a few seconds from the incident, so it could damage the nearby muscles and that is the cause of most pain. The dislocated arm will need 2-6 weeks to heal, and in this time you will feel pain when you move your arm. Sometimes dislocated arm can also damage nerves, so it’s also important for you to visit a neurologist if you can still feel the pain after 6 weeks. You should use pain reliever ointments once a day until it’s fully healed.
Wounds and bruises
That is the less dangerous what could happen to you, so if your arm has some wounds and that is all that gives you pain then you should be safe, but it’s important to prevent infections, so check nearby drug stores for hydrogen dioxide or visit your own bathroom. If you’re good at handling pain then salt and alcohol will help you disinfect the wound, but that’s going to hurt a lot!
Broken arm
unfortunately, the fall could be the cause of a broken arm. It’s hard to check if that’s the cause of your pain, but if you touch the place where the bone is you will feel strong pain in that spot, also sometimes your bone can be even fully visible, but if you want to know more about broken arm and how long will it take to heal we have a full article about this topic so make sure to check it out! Most important in that case for you is to call an ambulance and medics will do the rest.
Accident during sports
It happened to me about a year ago during my weekly bouldering sessions. When I was climbing a difficult route, my left arm was lower than my chest holding tight to a wall, and then my legs slipped from the rock that I was standing on… unfortunately, I was so focused on holding that wall with my left arm that when I fall, my arm was still there holding it. The reset of my falling body pulled that arm with a strong force, and when I was on the ground my arm was dislocated from the shoulder, but it instantly get back into the right place.
The arm pain after fall was that huge that one of my friends called an ambulance, but they’ve said that has a low priority so I was left alone with my friend… The next day I’ve consulted my orthopedist, and we did some X-rays, but everything with bones was fine, even ultrasound tests didn’t show anything bad, but my arm still was in huge pain.
In the end, I’ve waited about 6 months until the pain was finally gone!

Arm pain can be sometimes unbearable, in that case, use pain reliever ointments, and if that’s not enough call an orthopedist and neurologist, they both will have some ways to help you, also if they both won’t have any idea how to help you, try to consult with a physiotherapist, and do some rehabilitation. Arm pain is hard to deal with because we do a lot of things throughout our day with that arm, and it’s even worse when that is our right arm because most people are right-handed then simple daily tasks are going to be hard.
In my case, it was easier because I’ve injured my left arm, and I’m also right-handed. Avoid doing anything that can give you pain, like lifting things with that hand. If less your arm will be used the faster it will heal!

Do men find muscular women attractive?
We recently went to the streets of New York to ask men about their preferences, and the main question was “Do men find muscular women attractive”. Not many of them had a quick answer for that, and it took some time to rethink if muscular women are attractive to them. We also did our research on the other similar polls, and we took the average from all of that to make our data most relevant and show it to you in this article.

For now, as a quick answer to the question: “Do men find muscular women attractive” we will say… Yes, men do find muscular women attractive, about 37% percent of total men were in favor of this statement, and only 16% percent said that they are against that, the rest of them were indifferent. That gives us 47% percent of men who don’t have any opinion on this topic, but almost all men in our street interview told us something more about it, how muscular the woman should be or which parts of the body should look better than others, stay with us to learn more!
Statistics in details
You can say that 37% is not enough to convince you what men do like muscular women, but think about that 47% of men who don’t know yet if they do like it or not. Those men just need some more time to rethink if they like it, so let’s say that only half of them will be positive about that idea, then we can speak of 60.5% of men that consider muscular women to be attractive.
You should be looking at men that definitely said they don’t like muscular women, and that’s only 16%. If an individual man didn’t say straightforwardly that he doesn’t like that, then we have a high chance that he will like it in the future. Almost all of that 37% said it definitely, and they were sure about that answer.
What should be the maximum muscularity level for a woman?
Many of the men that we’ve asked said something additional about this topic. Half of them said pointed that they don’t mean a woman should be a female bodybuilder, but something in between. Unfortunately, almost all said that they will feel more comfortable if their woman won’t be looking more muscular than they are, similar thing like girls prefer a man that is taller than them.
Many pointed at the abs, as the main body part that they will like to see muscular. So girl you know what your goal should be, that visible six-pack!
Why do men like muscular women?
We asked about this, our friendly Dr. Jill Rokicky who has a psychology degree to give us the best answer, and that’s what she said: “Human beings are attracted by muscles and repel by body fat. We all know that women are attracted by muscular men, and the same mechanism works in the opposite direction, which is common in our nature. We associate muscles as a healthy body build, that comes from our ancestors when they needed to fight for food to survive, also today we don’t have that many muscular people so they stand out from the crowd, and that’s what we like.”
Only 5% of men in total are above the normal range of muscle mass, which means they really stand out from the crowd, but when we look at the women then we talk about less than 1% that is above the normal range. So if see a muscular woman on the street that’s a really rare view, and more than 5 times less frequent than seeing a muscular man. In our recent poll, we asked the men “How thin is too thin for a man” so make sure to stay in some healthy range with building a muscle mass.
Dr. Jill Rokicky also said: “Many men won’t publicly admit that they like when a woman is muscular, because of the social aspects. It can even be considered a fetish. If a woman starts to do things ‘only’ men should do, like being a bodybuilder, society will start to slowly repel her. Also like a poor person can’t hang out with rich people because that looks weird to many, and that’s why most men even if they do like when muscular woman, won’t publicly admit that”. That’s just how it is in 2021, and we can’t change the world, but we can change people around us, so try to stick with people who support your goals!
Women ashamed of their muscles
Many women avoid getting additional muscle mass because they’re afraid of what guys will say about that. In nowadays society, we tend to force women to be feminine, gentle, and polite. That’s how the little girls are being raised from the start, so after they’ve reached that age of “looking for a boyfriend” they don’t want to do anything that can increase their muscle mass, except some squats. Skinny women have more visible muscle because of the lack of body fat, that’s a quick solution to make your body more shredded.
Women that are doing extreme sports like bouldering, tend to hide their muscle under a hoodie or a long sleeves shirt, that’s sad to see but that’s how it is, so girls you have to know that there are way more men that are attracted to men, so don’t hide your good form! As a woman you should aim to be healthy and build some muscle mass, and don’t be ashamed only because people around you treat it as something bad, just don’t give up! From our data, we can say that there are more men which do like muscular women, and even more that they also think about it that way, but they won’t publicly admit that.

Do you burn more calories in the cold?
Have you ever wondered that do you burn more calories in the cold or in the hot temperature? Is the winter season the best for burning calories? We did our research about this topic to make sure we will give you the best and compress knowledge base on facts and studies.

As a short answer for “do you burn more calories in the cold?” Yes, you do burn more calories in cold because your body needs to warm up itself. The average increase of calories burned is 25% based on many studies. On the other hand, we have a hot temperature during summer when your body needs to cool down itself, and it’s mostly done by sweating, but that process isn’t that hard for your body like warming up is. There are ways you can use those processes for your benefit and get the most out of them so stay with us to learn more about them.
How many calories can you burn in winter?
Do you burn more calories in winter? Yes, but the numbers can vary on how long do you stay or exercise in low temperatures. We will describe it in detail according to a study from Cara J. Ocobock, which was based on 16 females and 37 males in the USA during the winter and spring seasons. They took part in the outdoor school with a lot of exercises like jogging, climbing, hiking and rope skipping.
The results can surprise you, but in cold and temperate environments, both sexes lost significant amounts of body mass but not muscle mass.
The men burned on average 3822 calories every single day during the spring and 4787 calories per day in winter. For women, it was smaller but we also can see the difference clearly… it was 3081 calories per day in spring and 3880 calories on average in winter. In both cases, we can see almost the same results and that is the increase of calories burned daily by around 25% and it’s a lot.
To compare it to some other activities like weight lifting in the gym for 60 minutes, that can will let you burn about 350 calories. If your daily calories consumption is 2000 calories and we add 350 calories from weight lifting then we have an increase of 17.5%, and it is still less than what we can burn during winter with simple activities like walking.
If 60 minutes of weight lifting can give you additional 350 calories is any sports activity even worth it? A McDonald’s small vanilla shake has 510 calories, and you can eat it in about 10 minutes. That’s a lot, and we shouldn’t expect to get fit if we don’t change our dietary way. Let’s forget about high sugar products and go for a fruitarian diet or a vegetable diet, those can help you lower your calories intake.
Why is warming consuming more calories than cooling?
Your body always aims to get your temperature between 98°F (37°C) and 100°F (37.8°C). Your body has some flexibility with temperature, and there is some safe range that it can be in. However, if you get to the extremes of body temperature, it can affect your body’s ability to function. That range is between 95°F (35°C) and 107.6°F (42 °C) those two are the minimum and the maximum that your body can be in. If you go above that you can suffer from brain damage, and when you go below then you can have “hypothermia”.
So your body has a thermoregulation mechanism that can help you maintain the proper body temperature. When outside of your body is cold like for example you go outside your home during winter with shorts and t-shirt, that way your body will try to increase the temperature from the inside with mechanisms called:
Thermogenesis
Vasoconstriction
Hormonal thermogenesis
But when your body needs to cool down:
Sweating
Vasodilatation
Your body is doing what needs to be done. But the processes to increase the body’s temperature are way more energy consuming, that way it needs to burn a lot more calories.
When heating your body consumes the most calories?
Does heating your body burn calories? Yes, your body will consume a lot more calories in the cold weather. Your body can generate high temperature with every move of your muscles, but that will prevent your inner mechanisms from rising temperature. So if you stay in cold just sitting, that way your body will be forced to raise the temperature from the inside and it will need to burn calories for this mechanism to work.

What is a lady ?
Have you ever wondered what a lady should be like, or how to become one? Nowadays we don’t use that often, but maybe because we don’t have too many ladies overall. In this article, we will describe to you what is a lady and tips to become one.

The word “Lady” is used to describe a woman to show respect for her, the equivalent of gentleman. A woman who is well-mannered, refined, and polite. If the woman represents herself, and her actions as a lady we should call her that to show her that we can see all of that and name it appropriately.
Nowadays we tend to use this word for an older woman, simply to show her respect even if we don’t know if she deserves that.
The word “Woman” can be sometimes misleading and misunderstood, also we can’t use the word “Girl” if that person is older than we are, that way the word “Lady” becomes handy just to simply show respect.
What lady should be like?
When you meet a lady, you should immediately see that there is something about her, that defines her as a lady. Lady should be like:
Acts with grace – Her movements should be with dignity, poise, and grace.
Can take care of herself – Isn’t tied to any a man, she does things on her own.
Values herself
Has her own class – has neat clothes and does not pretend to be someone else.
Wise and confident – Every time when she speaks you can feel that she knows what’s she’s talking about.
Way of speaking – She does not use profanity, her manner of pronunciation is consistent and without major pauses.
Intellect is your power – Getting more knowledge will let you help on the other aspects, so being well-educated can help.
Communication skills – Lady can talk with a little girl and also with a wild man, which makes her special.
Being romantic – Look for that one partner that can help and appreciates the way you live, that way your life will be like a romantic fable.
Being honest – It doesn’t mean to be rude, but if you don’t like something or someone the speak that in a way that anyone can accept.
Aim for success – Being independent is hard but your life goal should be big, like a successful business, being very good at something, or even writing your own book.
Remember that those above should come from the inside, and don’t force yourself if that’s just not your style. You can’t change your behavior in one day. Skipping is one of those exercises that we have done even as a little kid, it looks fun and exhausting, but how many calories do you burn skipping? Because it looks exhausting it doesn’t necessarily mean that we will burn a lot of calories, but we did our research to give you the best answer, how to do it to burn more calories, what’s the most burning calories skipping technique for a jumping rope, and how many calories do you burn skipping per hour. But at first, we will tell you the answer for the article topic’s and that is: From our research, we took the average statistics and the answer can surprise you but for every single minute you can burn 5 to 15 calories per minute, so if you do this for 20 minutes then you will burn around 100 to even 300 calories. That way more than walking, cycling, or even jogging. How is that even possible, and how to be at the end of that range, stay with us to learn more.
Skipping rope for weight loss?
Skipping rope is one of the best exercises to burn some calories because you can do it inside your house, in opposition to jogging which you have to do outside if you don’t have a treadmill. Yea it is, not as much as water fasting, but it’s still a good way to burn some unnecessary calories, especially if you take a look at other sports to compare. It will also improve the appearance of your calves and legs overall, so it’s worth it!
How many calories do you burn skipping?
So it depends on how intensive your training is going to be, how many breaks do you need, what’s your current weight and how skilled you are. Let’s say that you’re currently overweight but you are motivated to get fit in short term then you will burn a lot more calories than an average person. Because every jump will be much more difficult for you because of the additional weight. In this case, you will burn about 15 calories per minute, so if your average session will be half an hour then it makes 450 calories burned in total.
But if you’re already slim, and really advanced in skipping then that won’t cost you that much of your energy, so in this case, you will burn only about 8 calories per minute, and after 30 minutes it will make up to 240 calories.
The total average range is 5 to 15 calories per minute, and shouldn’t count into that your breakes.
Is skipping rope hard?
Almost everyone thinks that is easy because even kids can do that, but you will be surprised how hard it is to do more than 5 jumps. The coordination between your hands and legs can be your biggest problem. Learning the proper timing needed to jump over the rope can be the key to skipping rope.

Length of the rope matters – The rope you’re going to use should be in the correct length, otherwise, you will have a hard time practicing with it. So what’s the correct length for a skipping rope? It depends on your height, but we can easily check if the length is good. Just step on the middle of the rope with your foot, then take both handles to your hands and stretch the rope to your chest. If the beginning of the rope is just slightly above your abs then that is the correct length.
Avoid too much swing – That is related to your arms and shoulders as well, try to focus the spin only on your hands, otherwise, it will be hard to reach some speed with the lowest energy consumption.
Foot on the toes every jump – Your power to jump should be generated from your foot, and not from full leg strength, try to use only toes, like walking in high heels. That should be less exhausting to maintain for a longer period of time.
Lower your arms – You should spin the rope in the middle center of your body, because when you rotate that rope, then you will get the same length above you as below you. Try to keep your handles slightly above your hips, that should give you enough space to jump over and not hit yourself from above.
Don’t jump too high – It comes with time, but after a few skipping sessions you will notice that you don’t have to jump that high just to jump over that 0.3-inch wide rope. Even the slightest jump will be enough to get over it, and that will make you consume less energy for the next jump. Be relaxed and try to keep your jumps as small as possible.
The rhythm is the key – Getting into your own rhythm can be hard at first, so try to stay calm and in silence when you start, just to hear that sound of rope cutting the air, and rope hitting the ground, that will let you adjust to the rope. It will teach you how you should treat every sound, that way your body will adapt faster.
All of those above are tips for the beginners but, none of the beginners will be able to do them at their first session or even at 5th, so remember that practice will give you the skills. You can be good at something after a few 20 minutes sessions, so keep practicing and eventually, you will reach your goals.
Can adults do skipping rope?
Of course, they can! It isn’t something just for kids, many athletes do rope jumping because it benefits your full body. It’s one of the hardest exercises that involve your full body, and also it helps you to focus on simple tasks and coordination when you have to spin that rope at the same pace, but also watch to jump over it. It will increase your agility and perception.

Eating more vegetables is a great idea, but eating only vegetables can lead to a significant loss of muscle mass and strength. Without grains, it would be hard to accomplish getting enough proteins for your body.
What are the disadvantages of eating only vegetables?
Your energy level will likely drop – Average woman can expect to burn between 1800 to 2300 calories per day. If you’re a man that number is more like 2400 to 2800 calories per day. Vegetables are low on calories, so you would be likely to drop on your fat mass also. If you can think of 24 red apples then that’s the amount to satisfy 2200 calories. Avacado is the one with a huge amount of calories, for 100g is 160 kcal.
You will lose body mass – Eating only vegetables can be hard to get enough calories, you can make yourself feel full very quickly but that won’t be enough calories for your body. Vegetables offer a lower satiating source of energy, thanks to their high fiber and water contents. With a low level of proteins, you can expect to lose some muscle mass.
Mineral and Vitamin deficiency – With a vegetable diet, you’ll miss out on the broad range of vitamins and minerals present in any normal diet. In particular, you may lack vitamin B-12 and vitamin D. In many cases, the decrease is almost equal to that seen with drug treatment, which can be great for people looking to lower their cholesterol and who don’t want to use any medicine for it.
What to do instead?
Most dietitians would agree that well-balanced meals are important no matter what your goal is. Your body needs complete nutrition whether you want to lose weight or gain muscle mass. Remember that it’s possible to decrease your body fat without losing weight.
If you still want to detox and cleanse your body with a vegetable-only diet, go for this for 4 days at the most. In the long run, to lose weight you have to work hard and train hard, but if your goal is to just detox your body you can do it way faster than with eating only vegetables… you can try water fasting, which is the fastest way to get to the state of ketosis when your organism focuses on burning body fat.

Everyone catches a cold sometimes, but what should you do after you catch one is the most controversial one. What medicaments should you use? What to eat when you have colds? Should you stay in bed when you have colds? Those and many other questions are good, and they focus on shortening the duration of that cold. But today we will focus on “What to eat when you have colds”.
There are a lot of types of food that you could eat, but there is no real evidence that any type of food can help you shorten the duration of your cold, but there are many that can lower its symptoms to make you feel better. Food that can lower the symptoms are: garlic, honey, coconut water, and spicy food. The list can go on and on, but those 4 from our research are the best to help you recover faster. Remember that on average, adults have 2 to 4 colds per year, but the children have 6 to even 8, so it’s a common illness.
The cold is so common that many of us don’t know that there is no magical pill to take and cure ourselves of cold. The succession of the fight between our body and some type of virus, and to clear our sinus passages our nose starts to produce liquids to remove that virus from the inside. The same goes for high body temperature… the temperature itself is not caused by some type of virus, but it’s the necessary step that our body has to do to fight back.
Garlic
Garlic is almost the most underrated vegetable of all. It has so many benefits, and it should occur more frequently in our diet. Many studies show that garlic can help fight colds and the common flu. Garlic is alleged to have antiviral and antimicrobial properties that can relieve the common cold. Garlic is also widely used as a diet supplement.
In one study involving 146 people, participants received a garlic supplement or a placebo for 12 weeks in winter. People who took garlic reduced the chances of catching a cold by more than half! The study also found that garlic decreased the recovery time in people who caught a cold. It’s one of the more popular home cures for colds, used for many years, by our mothers, and that also is its advantage.
Honey
Honey is another home remedy to fight flu and cold. It will mostly help you with sore throat and cough, but it won’t make heal a lot faster, it will facilitate the treatment process. As many studies have shown us that honey itself can’t cure you of colds, but it helps mainly to lower symptoms of your throat.
Coconut water
Any type of water is for your benefit, you should drink a lot of liquids, that way you can hydrate yourself when suffering from cold. Coconut water is also high in minerals such as potassium and sodium. As many doctors say: “It is proven that coconut water will reduce fever during feverish conditions”.
Spicy food
Eating foods that contain spicy ingredients like chili peppers can clear out your sinus passages and break up mucus, the mint is also good for that. It’s a temporary solution, as you will have to clear it out once every few hours to make your stuffy nose and throat clean again. You should avoid doing that too often, as spicy food can cause you diarrhea. So the mint is a better solution, you can simply brush your teeth, then your stuffy nose will be clean after a few minutes.
How to prevent future colds or flu?
There are many things that can be done to prevent future colds:
If you feel slightly sick then stay at home, it’s a reaction that your body needs to rest a bit, and probably tomorrow you will feel a lot better, so try what your body has to say to you.
Avoid sick people, there are billions of bacteria around them, if you touch something with your skin then you put yourself at risk of getting the same virus.
Avoid touching your nose, mouth, and eyes. Those are the most prone parts of our body to any bacteria and viruses. Because they’re connected to the inside of our bodies. So if you’re outside the home, then you have a lot of things on your hands, then single touch on your mouth or eyes can be crucial.
Wash your hands often. This is correlated to the previous point but should be separated to make much more impact. You won’t believe how many times, you touch many surfaces that have been touched by any sick person. That’s the most common way of transporting any viruses or bacteria. We tend to touch our mouth, eyes, and nose a couple of hundreds of times every single day. If you have the opportunity to wash your hands then do it.
Try sports! If your body is in a good shape then your body will be better at handling any type of viruses. If you stay all day inside your warm house then your body can’t adapt to conditions that are outside of it. So doing sports like jogging, swimming or bouldering can improve your body’s immunity.
Well balanced diet, you should check yourself with a blood test once a year to check if your body needs some sort of vitamins, from fruits or vegetables, then change your diet a bit.

Are female runners attractive?
This is one of those questions most frequently asked by women, to learn about male preferences if that will make them more attractive to men. Jogging and running, are both great to show up yourself, and maybe find someone to talk to or even hang out with sometimes. Nowadays it’s a great way to find new people outside your comfort zone, or it can be a good way to impress someone we like. Are female runners attractive? Let’s find out!
We did our research for interviews that show what men think about it. There are many youtube channels, and pools on online groups, we also did a small interview in our friend zone to confirm those results. So we’ve gathered all those data for you and make the final conclusion that question “Are female runners attractive to men?”, and that is: Yes! about 56% said “strongly agree”, 21% said “slightly agree”, which makes in total 77% of men that consider female runners attractive. That makes 23% of men undecided, disagree or they just don’t care.
Remember that those numbers are the average from many pools, and street interviews, but with a large majority of men who agreed over those who disagree you can be calm. Men have a lot to say on this topic that you could think of, do they prefer muscle girls, slim or those curvy shaped. Let’s dive into it!
What do they think is attractive about running?
Most of the answers are related to getting women’s bodies into shape… the buttocks are getting rounder, the legs are looking thin and smooth, and most pointed that for them almost any sport when done by a woman is attractive, especially if they (the men) tend to do it by themself. So you have a high chance to impress someone if they also do this sport.
Women do jogging to lose some weight, nowadays in the USA, unfortunately, most of the women are in bad shape or even we can call it “obese”, so every girl that looks slim and fit will stand out of the crowd even if they don’t have that much of visible muscles. Also, women can show much more skin when they do jogging, there are tons of sports outfits that show too much but, men also pointed that they like it when a girl is scantily dressed.
Jogging as a way to find someone new
When you do something as a hobby, you will have to do it frequently, like once a week, that way to time will pass and someone will finally notice you and ask to join for a duo jogging. You have to know that jogging is a better way to find someone because it’s a slower version of running, that way you can talk to each other. If you run alone it’s a sign for any men out there to join you, especially if your pace is not too fast. They can try to join you for a simple talk, that way you can decide if it’s worth making it into friendship or not. There are also ways to impress someone, and we tend to do it without realizing it.
My results after a full year of jogging
In my case, I’ve been asked by my friend “are female runners attractive?”, because I’ve started my jogging journey in 2019, that way we began a long conversation, and that’s why I’m talking to you today about it’s, but also wanted to share with you my full-year results.
So I’ve lost about 17 pounds of body fat, by my overall body mass didn’t change that much, I’ve lost only 5 pounds of body mass. If you want to know how is that possible, we have a full article about it, but to make it simple I just replaced my body fat with muscle mass. I’m also recently testing many types of diet, so that helped me to lose some weight too.
In conclusion – are female runners attractive?
Yes, they definitely are! 77% percent of men out there think that it is attractive, and other guys are not against that, they just simply don’t have an answer to that. So don’t be worried about it, and go for it even today! It will definitely be beneficial for your health and will give you a chance to meet someone new, even the guys that you know already will appreciate it!
