on the 20th November we had the pleasure of putting on a special "Chi and Friends" event to help launch a campaign around ending gender based violence with the Embassy of Sweden. We had different artists lend their voices, their art and their thoughts on this topic and a wonderful night was had at the Swedish Embassy Residence. This month of July "Chi and Friends" is foregoing our open mic session to make space to build up the scene we so love being a part of in a different way. There will be a "Chi and Friends" Workshop on the 19th July with the help of and being held at @nafasiartspace to teach 15 participants how to create an Electronic Press Kit. I shed a lot of tears this past weekend and have some stuff to get through by the grace and support of my tribe.
