OMG. I had a dream: it was daddy German Shepherd Bruce with his puppy Damian. OMG. It was the cutest thing. Please, do you have any headcanons for them?! Does anyone have any headcanons for them? Holy shit, that dream was so cute that I woke up before it could continue. @____x

Krypton survives AU; After it's deemed the Els haven't been killed and actually seem to be enjoying themselves on Earth, Krypton sends Lor-Zod, whose parents are in the Phantom Zone. Lor's been raised by Kal since he was six, sent out of the Phantom Zone by General Zod and Ursa, and is nearing sixteen in Earth years.

He was sent to Earth partly because he was getting unbearably anxious about his family being gone. He's satisfied to slip into Kal's larger than life shadow and hide at Kon's side, who's well-accustomed to absently keeping an eye on him by now.

("I'm pretty sure there's...some distant blood relation between us," Kon says when Tim asks, squinting in thought. "You'd have to ask Kal." He waves a pencil. "Either way, he's my little brother and I love him, so I look after him. If anyone's got a problem with that, they can suck it.")

The only time his voice is raised is when he's telling Jon off for being intentionally difficult or rude, and Jon, miraculously, listens.

("You're sent from Rao, I swear," Kal says, smiling. "I don't know how I survived without you."

Lor shrugs, cheeks red-tinged. "I'm sure you managed well enough."

"He really didn't," Kara informs him, "he cried. Several times. It was kind of pathetic."

"Thanks for that, Kara," Kal says drily.

"Any time, baby cousin.")

The Waynes think he's by far their favorite alien houseguest yet. Tim wants to study him but doesn't want to seem weird by asking. Bart, who has no such reservations, asks whether they could have some of his DNA so they can compare it with other Kryptonian DNA. Lor shrugs and says why not.

Lor is indifferent to his human name—"Christopher Kent? I'll never understand humans."—and spends most of his time exploring his new powers with whoever wants to tag along, realizing just How Much the Phantom Zons fucked him up because of how different his powers are from the "norm."
