*Twisted Love by Ana Huang*
2/5🌟
Trash. Honestly, I'm never going by a booktok recommendation ever again. One minute they are barely aquatainces and then the next they're in love and f*cking all over the show.
I detest books like this, once they're together it's basically p*rn and all the writing and plot has went out the window.
Took me forever to finish because I just didn't want to keep reading.

Things We Never Got Over by Lucy Score
3/5🌟
A plot I've read countless times, not a lot of originality.
It's not that I didn't like it I just wanted more from it since it was in nearly every post I seen about favourite 2022 books so thought I'd give it ago.
I liked the characters, I wish Noami had gotten a bit more development so she wasn't such a people pleaser but I loved all the secondary characters and I'm a sucker for characters like Knox.

First read of 2023. After a long hiatus of reading one of my new years resolutions is to read 20 books this year. It might not seem a lot to many but I'm going with realistic expectations.
What a perfect book to start with. Fluffy, feel-good romance. I didn't want to put it down, read in two days and might have been less if I didn't want to finish it.
My first time reading a book by Lia Louis and probably not the last. A great meet-cute that starts the story well. I loved the slow burn of this relationship and the development of the main character Noelle. Sam is just the perfect man for her, sharing similar experiences and connected in so many ways it's nearly unbelievable.
A big theme of fate, Sam and Noelle are meant to be. I loved the secondary characters Charlie and Theo but did not enjoy Noelle's brother at all.
Overall 4/5 stars 🌟
