Exercise: hula hoop, 30 min treadmill, 1 mile on treadmill

Lunch: 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 cup blueberries (65)
Dinner: pesto grilled shrimp, seaweed, cucumber (345)
Total intake: 410
Exercise: -381
Net: +29
I feel really good about today! Stayed within my calorie limit and did all the exercise I wanted to! First couple days are always the easiest - I just need to make sure I am consistent!

Starting again today.
CW: 164.6 lbs
GW1: 155 lbs
GW2: 145 lbs
GW3: 135 lbs
I want to reach GW3 by October 31. So 16.5 weeks
Plan:
Max NET calories: 500 (fast for breakfast, veggies for lunch, meal for dinner)
Exercise 3+ times per week
Goal based on this plan: lose at least 2 lbs per week
Will have 1 day a week where if I need to, I can go up to 1000 cals (but hopefully keep it much lower)

During lunch, read a book to make time pass faster

Happily surprised with how well I did today! Kept a very low intake at the taco Tuesday party. Probably just easy cuz of my binge yesterday - but I’m happy with my net intake today!

Dinner: 2 oz chicken breast, tomato, 1/2 peeled cucumber (133)
Total: 133
Hate that my weight went up 0.2 lbs from yesterday, but I usually gain like 2-3 lbs from the weekend, so I’m happy I didn’t do THAT. Now I don’t feel like I’m taking a huge step back from the weekend.
Might try to exercise today too - we will see.
