I've got three active ones so I'll share a bit from each:

No Title yet other than something that will include Angel

Doc pulls a remote out of his pocket and presses the red button. For a moment, nothing happens. Then the earth in front of them disappears. “Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Perimeter.” Doc cackles at their expressions, then he steps off the edge of the world.

This one is honestly a bit weird and I have no idea how it's going to turn out. It's vaguely a crossover because it involves nomu which are a my hero academia thing(i haven't see them elsewhere)

The Knight and His King

Bdubs never took off his cloak but he did this time, holding it out for Wels to gently brush his hand over it. Recognition flashed in his eyes. “You were one of Ponk's lemon saplings, weren't you? But I thought all of their trees burned down.” “Ponk grew more elsewhere. Sam helped, so did you and Eret. Pearl was old, even then. But she is kinder now, and there is no red.” It was true. Pearl rarely wore red except when in battle and it had been awhile since the last fight. She was always wearing blue or green and on occasion, gold.

In which Bdubs is old and Pearl is older, the dsmp is involved and Wels really isn't having a good time.

And this bit here also does not have a title because it's going to be part of an interlude chapter and I wrote it at 2am half a week ago.

Welsknight gestured to his face with his hands, frustrated with himself on behalf of himself and frustrated with the guy standing before him.

Xornoth sighed. "Listen, I- oh you have to be messing with me."

"What?"

"You're a unicorn."

"I'm a what now?"

All you need to know is that Xornoth and Welsknight go way back, like really far back, and some of the things that happened were caused by both of them.

Here’s a bit of Fell From Heaven that I haven’t shared before:

It wasn’t until he was a fair distance from the angel’s guest rooms that Impulse called for the spirit of his home. Crux slithered out of a dark corner and bobbed in the air in front of him.

“Will our magic protections hold, with the angel here?”

“Dunno why you’re asking me, I’m literally an extension of your magic, Boss,” Crux grumbled. Impulse raised an eyebrow, and the spirit sighed, swirling through the air like a leaf on the wind. “I’m not sure. You’ve never decided to take a Fallen home before.”

“You make it sound like he’s a stray dog I found.”

“You’ve called him a dog before. Among other things.”

“That I have.”

“Then the analogy stands, Boss. He was right on the cusp of death. Your nemesis was at your mercy. You could’ve put him out of his misery, and yours. Why didn’t you?”

Three guesses who the angel is, and the first two don’t count.

Fairy Tales are a necessity because they dare speak the truths that the world never wants to hear;

That adults are cruel to children.

That you will suffer injustice, but that doesn't give you the right to be unjust to others.

That there are negative consequences to indulging vices.

That upholding moral principles is always the better path, even in the face of hardship.

That you will die someday.

And that inspite of all the bad in the world, it is worth persevering and finding the love and joy that is out there.
