I have such a hard time getting into the apex community :( maybe it is just a personal thing but i just want to talk to people and make friends but i feel the hierachy and interations are already set :/

im not sure about the hierachy thing... some people are just more well known than others! most of the people here are really nice and friendly and are always accepting asks. commenting, reblogging and sending asks is a way to indicate that you like said person and also gets you out there into the community! if you have OCs make a post about them, people may want to draw them for you! you could also make a post asking if there are any discord servers for you to join.

but i get it. it can be really confusing and it can feel like there are a set group of friends or cliques. what sucks about being in a fandom and trying to make new friends is when you realise that those people aren't actually your friends, and you have to start all over again and it feels hella lonely even though you're surrounded by others. (for me they weren't reblogging/liking posts, would only speak to me when other people were in the gc/server, and me having to be the one to constantly message first)
