I am SO sorry this took much longer than anticipated to get out to you—I did have a lot of fun working on it, though, and I hope Khaos enjoys her new presents!

Cameos are @ask-boreal’s Bolt and @ask-enchantingdelights’ Paige! I wanted to give a special thanks to you two: Addie for writing out the text for the letter, and Splotchi for drafting the layout of the third panel (the collage). Dreams of sweetness, allures of the Skitty's very soul come into fruition. Tidings of joy, a peaceful life of treats, sleeps, and joy play in comfy scenes within the dreamscape.

Diane sleeps comfortably, playful and filled with all sorts of glee. Its soft and pink, home in a way only the heart could whisper. Her true desires danced in her slumbering mind.

It was all so... peaceful.

"Oh your eyes are open. Cool."

The surprise of a Hoopa, stained forever with a casual smirk upon her half revealed face peered down over Diane, far too close for anyone's comfort. Her announcement, quiet yet pressing, was revealed with the discomfort of the rude awakening.

"You're, like, the guy right?"

No one ever knew what she meant, let alone who she thought this 'guy' was.

Reaching behind her back, revealing a piece of fabric. "Take this."

Without much prompt, the Hoopa managed to get the costume on Diane...

With gift bestowed, the Hoopa floats off and vanishes, ring appearing in the aether as she returns back to the void. She doesn't really understand what the purpose of this was, but enjoyed the journey.

as fun as that was, and i would never stop doing fun gift art for the world

its disheartening, and hurts, to try and get engagement from people. to struggle to get asks for weeks. and i know im not the most active blogger, but as soon as i offer free art, i get swamped with asks. where is that beforehand? i dont know what to say entirely, it just makes me depressed. the fact that people are so quick to jump on my ask memes but wont talk to me or this blog otherwise. i dont know what to do

I don’t want to tell anyone that it’s bad to ask for it, or that it’s bad to receive it. Because that’s not what I’m trying to say. But it just sucks to get low engagement and people only interact with you to receive art, often without giving you anything in some way. It’s fine if it happens sometimes, but it’s exhausting when it’s repeated. It makes you feel like people only want you for free gifts that you put time and effort into but won’t give you the same effort

I guess I’d just like to encourage everyone to send regular asks to each other, even if it’s on anon. That’s all I’d want to see not even just for myself but mostly for others
