Embermon
A strangely developed in training digimon supposedly born from data from the 'AncientGreymon' line. Whether it's claim is true or not is difficult to say, given it's nervous nature, but it shows a determination to help others that is rare in such young digimon. It uses its underdeveloped wings to throw its feathers as embers at enemies, with its special attack 'Feather Flare'. When cornered, it will use it's 'Smokey Shout' attack to cough up a smoke screen and turn tail while the opponent is distracted.

Anatomy Practice 6/?: Protonura
Protonura is an order under Apterygota, the primitive wingless invertebrates. They are small, only a few mm long, and adapted for cave life with their lack of eyes and 'antenna' like forelimbs!
Protonurans live in soil, and grow through shedding into larger stages as they go, rather than a complete metamorphosis. They seem to be detritivores doing their best!

Anatomy Practice 5/?: Hemiptera
Hemipterans, known as the 'true bugs', are defined by their mouthparts which are adapted to pierce things, usually plants which they feed upon the saps and juices of though some species are carnivorous or omnivorous and open to munching meat. These mouthparts can provide a hefty nip for humans poking at them, but most aren't usually a danger.
Other characteristics they tend to have (not required), are 6 legs, two pairs of wings (may be a wing/elytra combo), and a fairly compact body plan with little obvious segmentation between the abdomen, thorax, and head region. If its got six legs and has something or other on its back, it's probably some kind of Hemipteran.
Probably....
Most Hemipterans live a terrestrial life but some (such as the Water Boatman depicted above) are adapted for life in the water and have to evolve interesting methods of locomotion and respiratory control. The Water Boatman for example, swims on its back to navigate water with its abdomen to the air in order to breathe while swimming around and looking for prey with their large eyes.
Most Hemipterans grow through nymph stages, starting off as lookalikes of their adult selves. This is called being Hemimetabolous, and they are in fact the largest order of named hemimetabolous insects with over 80,000 species known!

Anatomy Practice 4/?: Hymenoptera
Hymenoptera are defined by their incredibly narrow 'waists', and most/all of the adults of this group are only able to consume liquid nutrients. This is why you'll often see wasps and bees interested in your sweet drinks in summer! The larvae can munch whatever they like, species diet dependent, as they haven't yet metamorphosised into their thin waisted form. This enables the adults to share resources with the young without being incentivised to eat their kids shares.
Most hymenopterans are eusocial, operating under a queen (or queens) pheromone given directives. These could be to gather food, wage war, improve the nest, care for young, or whatever the hive needs. Some are solitary, such as most bumblebee species, and forage on their own and only really gather to mate.
Ecologically they can serve as important pollinators, spreading pollen on fluffy legs and bodies (several species have dedicated pollen carrying structures on their legs!) between food sources as they forage. They can also be very effective decomposers, if you've ever seen a ant nest devour a nearby dead animal you know how brutally efficient they can be when protein's on the menu!
They're pretty smart too, being able to recognise individuals by face markings and counting steps back to the nest. Yes, this was found out by scientists bullying them... Look into it! It's great!
You're never far from a hymenopteran, even in urban environments, you can find colonies of this group all over from trees, to house eaves, to in the cracks of walls and beneath the flooring.... Whether this is reassuring or not is up to how much you like them I suppose.
