The omega not knowing nesting is normal and being ashamed every time their beta catches them stealing their clothes and adding it to their secret pile in the closet

The omega panicking every time they go into heat since their old Alpha rarely helped them, making them suffer through a long and painful heat.

The beta not being able to knot them and feeling that their not enough but the omega assuring them it was better than what things we’re like before

In my AU when pups/kits turn around three they will start showing signs of what they will present as in the future, they don’t have heats yet obviously but young omegas still have an instinct to nest. They don’t know how to tho and just throw whatever they like into little piles, so pre-made forts are very popular and look like this:
