HI okay so i had like no idea what blog to share this to but i needed to share it with someone, so i chose yours cause I’ve been using your subs in my “routine” (this is gonna be a long story I’m sorry)
I almost shifted(??) on accident last night while attempting to enter the void state and it was by far the most surreal experience I’ve ever had
my mom had woken me up a little earlier than I usually wake up, and I was still tired- like I didn’t want to wake up (cause I had chores). So I decided to just sleep in a little more while affirming “I always wake up in the void aware”
I did get distracted a few times and zoned out, but the last time I was fully aware in my CR, I was looping that affirmation. And I had a dream I was in my room, but it didn’t look exactly like my room.
my sister had been bugging me in that dream, so I went somewhere else in the room and watched cartoons to take my mind off of her. And in that cartoon it was like showing the creators as it played, and suddenly there was just “11 111” on the corner of the screen, and it weirded me out
so i took it as a sign and said “wtf am I doing here?? I’m a master at shifting/manifesting/void, let me just leave this reality” and decided to shift to the cartoon that displayed on the TV. (I previously had a vivid dream I had shifted to that same DR a few months back, but it wasn’t as lucid as this dream)
so I laid down right there, and began affirming “I am shifting” and “I am in the void” (because I was indecisive in what I wanted to do), and I began to feel REALLY strong symptoms. And what I believe was hypnagogic imagery in my eyes. It was just a bunch of random stuff, and I reminded myself to focus on my affirmations and not my body.
then I settled on “I have shifted”, and immediately my vision went white and I “woke up” in a different room. I immediately began to ground myself and feel the objects because I was actually shocked I SHIFTED. But what made me realize it was simply a lucid dream was when I fully opened my eyes, and I saw my bedroom for a split second. So I left them half-closed(?) and concentrated on grounding myself in the lucid dream instead.
I had planned on entering the void through that lucid dream, but then my mom woke me up 😭 BUT IM SO HAPPY BECAUSE THIS IS LIKE THE MOST PROGRESS I’VE HAD IN THE 2 YEARS I’VE KNOWN ABOUT SHIFTING AND THE COUPLE MONTHS I’VE KNOWN ABOUT LOA!!!
I’ve been wanting to enter the void through lucid dreaming and I think I might do that!! I’m taking this experience as a sign.
in case anyone is wondering what my “routine” is, I simply just vaunt about the void when I wake up, in the afternoon, and at night. I listen to 🫣 anon’s subs that were posted on YouTube, a few void/LD subs from your account, and a void bundle made from another person’s success story.
I’m not giving up!! I know I will enter the void. Please, (if you want you), refer to me as 🪐 anon so I can keep you updated. :]

Alright so updating on my progress! Sunday night I tried it and was interrupted by cats, stopped after 4 rounds. Yesterday night I tried it before bed and got to the 8th round before I just started falling asleep and stopped. Tried it this morning and got through the whole 10 rounds. I definitely zoned out and entered the void multiple times but unaware. It’s a good one so I’m gonna keep at it!

I know a lot of you are stuck in a loop, trying, doubting, giving into the 3D. You're probably finding yourself asking why it's so hard, why are you doing this over and over?
We are creatures of habit, this includes our thought patterns. You think thousands of thoughts a day, most of them are thoughts you have thought before.
This is why it feels so natural to go back to the old story, you've been telling it over and over ritualistically.
But how do I create new thought patterns?
Disrupt the pattern
Be aware of when you are engaging in the old story and put a stop to it. Redirect, vaunt, affirm, visualize, whatever you need to do.
Repetition
A pattern is something that's repeated over and over, if you want to create a new pattern you should repeat repeat repeat your new belief
Disapline
Be consistent. Consistency ≠ perfection, consistency is deciding to persist even when you encounter an obstacle.
New thoughts
How am I supposed to establish new thoughts if it's not even in my 3D? Affirmations.
An affirmation is just a thought or a sentence you say to affirm to your subconscious that you already have your desire.
It's OK if it doesn't feel natural to you, what new habit feels natural in the beginning? After repetition it will become your default state/thought pattern.

I just remembered that i used to shift as a kids like MILLIONS of times but my dumbass forgot about it. I would just think A LOT about a place i wanted to go to and when i fell asleep i would wake up and stay there for DAYS and DAYS until i started being sad and i started thinking of how much i miss home and i was wondering “when is mommy gonna pick me up from this place?!” And i would just shift back being confused. I didn’t even know about shifting and i would do it on accident😭

How did you manifest with EFT tapping?
This is gonna be long haha but I’ll summarize how it works on a general level first combining science and loa, cuz EFT is actually scientifically proven to help with a lot of things like mental health and rewiring the brain after trauma.
The sciencey part: basically when we experience adverse experiences, traumas, stresses, or any kind of intense emotion, we often don’t process or release them, and they hang out stuck in our nervous systems. Then when we encounter regular stressors, our nervous systems are triggered by those trapped emotions, and reactivate the old experiences. That often triggers us into feeling more anxious or stressed than we need to be, and we end up in a continuous state of fight or flight.
The loa part: we are unlimited beings and can manifest anything we want! However, our subconscious takes direction from our conscious mind, or the human ego, or the part that is reacting to all these emotions and triggers trapped in our nervous systems. The ego is not our enemy and just wants to keep us safe, but unfortunately it is just reacting to outdated information and keeping us in limited patterns. If we keep reacting to the old experiences, we will keep repeating the same old patterns of anxiety, fear, and limiting ourselves.
In a nutshell: Tapping clears out the emotional residue in our nervous systems so the conscious mind can stop reacting to all the triggers that are keeping us stuck in old patterns. When you release the old patterns, then you can accept your new affirmations and beliefs more easily.
So personally, I had found out about tapping around 2017 maybe, and basically just used it the textbook way to deal with day to day stresses. It wasn’t until around the end of 2022 when I joined Gala Darling’s tapping class that I found out you could do intense tapping sessions and change things that seemed “unrealistic”. I didn’t know about the law/shifting at that point, but Gala shared some of her personal experiences where she used intense tapping sessions to get rid of allergies, phobias, even an ED she had struggled with for years. She said how she would go in the bathroom, look in the mirror and just tap everywhere while venting and don’t stop until you feel a significant release. She said she ended up getting violently ill, but her ED was cured forever after that.
So at that time I was super stressed and anxious about a guy situation. We had been friends for a while and I felt like there was “more” but I didn’t know how he felt. I wanted to talk with him about it, but I had built it up a narrative in my head for months and was afraid to talk about my feelings. In the past, it was really hard for me to acknowledge and express my feelings in general.
So I decided to do an intense tapping session like Gala recommended. I now call it a “tapping induced meltdown” 😂 I ended up tapping for at least a half hour, hysterical crying at an epic meltdown level. But after that, I felt so much peace around the situation. I honestly had a lifetime of anxious-avoidant attachment that was keeping me repeating unhealthy relationship patterns, and I feel like a significant part of that was cleared out in that moment.
Within two days, he ended up initiating a conversation about our feelings and we were able to discuss everything in the open for the first time. And since then I have been able to express myself so much easier, and really haven’t had any anxiety over guys or relationships anymore.
Typically now I just use it throughout the day with a mental diet - when I find myself thinking things I don’t want or repeating negative stories, I immediately flip the thought, and start tapping on one point while affirming the positive. Even just a few seconds of tapping helps neutralize the BS faster than just affirming alone for me.

Why don't you just do the breathing technique again and enter the void
Oh believe me, I started doing it nearly every day after I had that experience, but it hasn’t worked the same since. Maybe because I got used to the breathing pattern so it’s not as intense for me anymore, or maybe I just psych myself out expecting it.
I’ve been doing it like once or twice a week lately but half the time I’m just interrupted by my cats 😅 I just did it this morning and she came in and sat on my neck.

Have you manifest - shift or anything with psych-k ?
Sorry for the ask !
No worries! I’ve tried psych-k a bunch since I found out about it at the end of last year, I do find it very calming but I’m not sure if I can tie any manifestations to it directly.
EFT tapping is my go-to for sure, I’ve been tapping for years, and have manifested things with tapping before I even knew about the law or shifting.

Hey it’s gonna be ok!
First off, you absolutely don’t need motivation or energy for the void. The void is literally the opposite of needing energy. It’s lying down and relaxing. Do you need motivation or energy to take a nap, bro? 😂
The only thing you need to take a break from is your old story. The story that’s saying you’re desperate and stuck and the void is hard and all those other negative things. And not just take a break from it, but get rid of it completely. That story is dead and gone. No more victim mindset! The past doesn’t matter anymore.
You are in control of your reality. You don’t even need the void to manifest. All you need to do is change your thoughts. Stop repeating the old story and start repeating the new one - you are in control, you have already mastered the void, you already have your desires. It doesn’t matter if you don’t believe it, repeat and persist.
You can do it!
