Update no one asked for: I have made it, I have moved, I'm not dead 🥳

I'm actually doing pretty well, mentally, so that's great!

I dont understand how people move away from their friends and family. I'm moving city in a few days, and today has just been non-stop crying. It was my last shift at my job, it was the day I said goodbye to my older sister, and part of me wonders if it's worth it. I'm leaving some really great people behind, and I don't know how to cope with it. Like, this move is meant to be a new beginning, somewhere away from my parents, somewhere I can heal. But the hope I've felt leading up to moving has disappeared, and now all I feel is pain and it feels like dying might actually be easier. I don't know if this is just part of the process, or if it's something wrong with me, but this move went from not feeling real to becoming the main source of my pain. I hate that something that's meant to be positive is something that's so upsetting to me. I don't understand how people do this more than once. This alone might kill me.

I've never been on a date with someone I wasn't already dating (first date was a 1 year anniversary, but we started dating when we were 14-15ish, so don't judge), but talking about my hyperfixations is what attracted my girlfriend (I think). Be yourself. If they don't like that, why would you date them? They can fuck off and you can keep looking for someone that isn't boring as hell!

'dating rules' are so fucking stupid btw. "don't talk too much about your hyperfixation on a first date, it'll scare them off!!" it'll only scare them off if they're a coward. Someone worthy of my affections will listen to me talk about my goal of visiting every whale exhibit with a life-sized effigy of a whale in it in the world for a solid half-hour and come away from that experience desiring me carnally.

What's funny is i think this is me and my girlfriend XD (I'm definitely Benard in this senario)

To me, Tim and Bernard are both autistic and I think that's really great for them because Bernard is pretty yappy and social as an autistic person (I like the idea that he also has adhd) while Tim is more reserved and can come across as mysterious to others at first. But of course, they both like to talk about their interests a lot, and since their interests often overlap, they tend to be able to get into long conversations together
