"Oh dear." The oracle approached slowly, almost cautiously, as if not wanting to invade personal space too much. Her tentacles were curled near her body as she made herself small in a shrug, then she glanced over to where the other was before, her equipment following suit and floating along around her.

"I hope it wasn't too bad of a misunderstanding between you two. She had... tender eyes, despite the moment. I wouldn't like to fight against her."

"That was scary to watch. Who... was she? What have you done to anger her?"

"Oh, just Sky. Recent companion, I didn't think she was that explosive though." She gazed at Lia and her expression softened. "Don't worry, she's not that bad of a person, I think... And uhhh, I mumbled the wrong thing I guess, pushed a sensitive spot. It happens."

Sobbing as they turn to statues at the bedside I'm trying not to crush into sand So flood me like Atlantic, weather me to nothing Wash away the blood on my hands.

This 5th 3D project has been a long time in the making... Truth be told, I wasn't sure I'd be able to finish it. It's far from perfect, far from what I had in mind. This project is all about learning that not everything can be perfect from the start.

I'd never have finished without the support of @byrdling and @synnevp. Thank you for your constant help and for pushing me not to give up in my many moments of doubt.

Still in campaign because if the campaign doesn't progress then my muse here dies as well, I've been thinking of what ifs far ahead. I saw a painting of a character that just nudged my imagination to think of Lia as another oracle of the Black Tears. How wrong would things have to go for her to switch sides? Would she become Soulless too? That would mean losing everything she is and stands up for, but how the hell could something so enormous ever happen? Still, I'm going to draw her sooner or later, she would look incredibly beautiful. (She always is.)

I can't wait for the campaign to resume. We left off as Lia had just been resurrected by something or someone without a ritual, and Echo showed up leaving the safety of his study to try and help her, and teleported the whole team to the new city just few hours after this. It's a lot to take in, but these two need to talk. Goodness gracious, I've been dreaming of a thousand versions of that talk in these two years hiatus and it'll determine so much of what's going to come, I just can't-

I'm always fine with friends, even if I'd love more, and just to note, I'm glad for your joy with Echo. You're a nice and cute pair."

Without her hat to pull down and hide her face anymore, the oracle felt grateful for having control over her tentacle hair now, curling the two longer ones closer to her body and then crossing in front of her now purple face. "Thanks for everything... I..." She was unsure of how to react to such a long list of compliments without stuttering. It took her a moment to gather the words.

"You're also a wonderful person, even if sometimes you test everyone's patience. It's part of you, and it's lovely regardless. You know the only times it scares me is when it puts us all in danger, right..?"
