Galaxy Police (GP) is now Galactic Workers (GW).

Galaxy Ambulance is now Galactic Doctors (GD).

They were originally made as police but I don't like that shit and I want more of a focus on helping people rather than harm. They instead work more as social workers, de-escalators, detectives, and workers who just help people find the help they need.

I somewhat got back into world building so I'm revising planets and galaxies. I'll be updating stuff at my leisure.

General Changes

Galaxies will include 5 planets instead of 6 just to make my life easier

Theta will have 1 as the only planet in there is I-Prism

I've now got 3 planets left to figure out so I guess I should ponder those 3. So far the working idea is like... a magic planet/wild magic planet.

It’s Veruka! She’s an old friend or as she puts it “rival” of Serenity. Here’s a bit about her.

She’s a Lophiiren. Basically a siren/ angler fish alien.

She is about 11′7 feet from head to tail. She’s about 7"7 feet when she’s “standing” on land.

She‘s quick-tempered, sassy, a bit defensive, has a bravado, she be acts and talks however she wants, and is very confident in herself.

She wasn’t initially amphibious, but with Piko’s help, she becomes amphibious.

She’s like a weird aunt to Piko.

She had a crush on Serenity, but always got defensive when asked about it.

Now I’ll talk about how she met Serenity and later Piko.

Serenity met Veruka out of pure luck. Serenity got a boat so she could explore the seas and maybe look for a safe haven for fellow ‘Sonians. On the first day out at sea, her boat bumped Veruka in the head. That immediately pissed her off and she jumped onto Serenity’s boat to fight. Serenity couldn’t even apologize because Veruka wanted to square up. They duked it out and then Veruka left after Serenity finally got to apologize.

They kept meeting up several times throughout the next few years. Eventually they were both looking for this gem that would apparently grant wishes. Unfortunately for her, Serenity got a hold of it first. She tried fighting her for it, but to no avail. Eventually, she sorta gave up trying to steal the gem from Serenity and would spout an empty threat about killing her and taking it.

Years passed and Serenity was pregnant. She visited her one last time during her pregnancy telling her she’d be away for a while, but would bring her children to visit Veruka once they hatched. Veruka never saw her after that.

Many years passed and Piko found out about Serenity’s boat. With his dad’s permission, he sets sail with it. Veruka seeing and smelling something familiar goes to square up. Seeing Piko confuses and disappoints her. Basically a “You’re not Serenity” moment. When she says that, he’s a bit surprised. He asks her if she knew Serenity since she’s his mom, and she’s like yes. So they talk for a bit and he finds out about how they knew each other. This is also when she finds out that Serenity’s been dead for years, which catches her off guard.

Piko also learns that she wanted Serenity’s necklace, which is now his, so he offers it to her. She didn’t want to take it, considering she basically gave it to him on her deathbed. He was curious as to why she wanted it, and it was to trade it to a sea witch so she could leave the ocean, basically becoming amphibious. Piko decides to help her out and see if this witch is legit, and in return Veruka would tell him about his mom and her adventures.

When they finally reach the witch, it turns out she’s a sham. Veruka’s at a loss for what to do, since she really wants to leave the ocean. She’s starting to lose hope, when suddenly Piko remembers learning about something on his trips. On some other planets, they make artificial organs or use medication to make certain aquatic species amphibious. To do that, Piko would need to bring Veruka closer to where he can actually leave the planet.

So he carries her home with telekinesis in a water bubble. She has to bunk in the tub as it’s the only place with water. Even then she’s still too big for it, but it’ll have to do. His friends and dad were shocked and scared to suddenly see her there since he brought her without warning. Once Piko explained the situation, they were quick to accept her (even if it was begrudgingly). Eventually things worked out and she got the ability to live amphibiously.

Now she’s like a weird aunt to Piko who brings him cool and occasionally dangerous souvenirs. His dad isn’t keen on his interactions with her, but Piko, much like his mom, is a free-wheeler.

Sibylla, Caled, Sue Pea aka Piko’s step mom and half-siblings and Gawain’s current wife and children. Here’s a bit about them.

Sibylla

Piko’s step mom and Gawain’s current wife.

She’s a noblewoman and a writer.

She does a lot of paperwork for royalty and writes for the local newspaper.

She is serious, a bit uptight, caring towards her family, and supportive.

She always talks to Gawain about how he’s doing since he tends to be stressed all the time due to being the head of the knights.

She also talks to Gawain about problems that may arise when she’s dealing with Piko because at times she feels it’s not her place as she’s not his birth mother.

She was the only person who Gawain dated that didn’t run in fear of Piko’s powers when Gawain would invite them over.

Caled

Piko’s younger half-brother.

He’s sorta sensitive and a little bit of a brat. His brattiness is more due to his noble upbringing rather than a more lax upbringing Piko had.

He tends to cry a lot when Piko deals with him since Piko teases him and tells him horror stories.

He really looks up to Piko, despite the teasing.

Sue Pea

Piko’s younger half-sister.

She is a wee Anisonian nymph.

She’s very cheerful and chill. She doesn’t cry much.

Since she’s just a toddler she just likes playing and being held.

At some point I was pondering Helieu’s story.

Essentially he got abducted so his mom, Fina was looking for him. Cranky and co ended up finding him and were working on getting him back to his mom. It was an experience for both parties as Helieu wasn’t used to dealing with smaller and more water based lifeforms. Whereas, Cranky and co weren’t used to aliens as big as him and also a fire lifeform.

Gallums, chicken/griffin aliens.

They are native to Kaiven. They have been bred to live on other planets though.

They’re more common on the Kaivite side of Kaiven.

Both the Gallums themselves and their eggs can be/are cooked.

Their baby feathers are often used for stuffing inside jackets. Aka Gallum down.

They’re pretty much just like any chicken.

Beau, Adelaide’s girlfriend.

Adelaide and Beau met through an art club. Lotus was fed up with Adelaide being around the house all the time and felt she needed to interact with people her age and with similar interests. So she signed her up in a local art club. Adelaide met Beau there and they really hit off, one thing lead to another, and now they’re dating.

Here are Sporvae. They are itty-bitty mushroom aliens from Minimush 3. Here’s a bit about Sporvae and Minimush 3.

Sporvus (plural Sporvae)

They are indeed super small. The tallest they can grow is around 6-7 inches. The average is around 5 inches or a little over.

They are amazing at the sciences. They’re on par with the Techies.

They have 3 arms, 3 feet, and 3 head appendages. The appendages on their head is basically hair and can be styled in anyway as long as the 3 appendages remain.

A Sporvus baby starts off as a small puffy spore. They later grow into their full form when they’re about 2 years old.

The only notable Sporvae are Poppy and her moms Peony and Primula. I’ll talk about them later.

Minimush 3

The 3rd planet to the Sporvae. It’s the 3rd because the last 2 got destroyed. The first was by meteors. The 2nd was by another species ship landing there.

Other species aren’t allowed to land on the planet because their ships alone might just destroy a whole city. They are currently working on a city where other species can land and meet up with them.

Now here’s some info about a Sporvus who appears in Piko’s stories.

Poppy the “pen-pal”.

She is headstrong, stubborn, and confident.

She has no problem speaking her mind.

Unlike most Sporvae, she isn’t really scared of aliens bigger than her. She might get a little startled at best, but will get over it very quickly.

She stands about 3 inches tall. In comparison to Piko and his friends, she’s absolutely tiny.

Now here’s about how they met...

Piko already has a habit of sleep-walking/sleep-flying to begin with, but all of the sudden it got worse and he was doing weird things. He was sleepwalking while building a spaceship, a small one albeit. One time during his sleep-spaceship-making escapades he pulled off a door from his dad’s safe. Gawain wasn’t pleased with that and yelled, waking Piko up, who was unaware of what was going on.

His friends decided to enlist Jeffrey, the Nutler (a nickname Lancelot coined that combined nerd and butler), to help them out. Jeffrey made a machine that tracks Piko’s brainwaves when he’s asleep and when he’s awake. After researching and looking over the results, it turns out the brainwaves he lets off while he’s sleeping is similar to that of wi-fi, so he makes a machine that can emulate the waves while he’s awake.

Once that’s done, they contact the being using him. Finally they come in contact with the strange alien. She’s from a strange planet called Minimush 3 in the Theta Galaxy. They tell her what she’s been doing and she apologizes. She expresses that she’s just been very lonely and was trying to bring a friend to her planet. When they tell her that they’d be too big to fight inside the ship she reconsiders. They all decide to keep in contact with her and talk to her daily. She became a “pen-pal”.

Jeffrey makes a machine that emulates the brainwaves synthetically so Piko doesn’t always have to be present while talking to her. Soon Jeffrey also makes a camera thing, so they can do a webcam sorta chat with her. And once they get closer and closer, eventually Poppy came to visit. She was a bit surprised at their size in comparison to hers, but was quite fine because she got to ride on their heads, in their hands, or on their shoulders. Her moms weren’t keen on this friendship at first, but that’s a story for another time.

It’s the Gigait: large living mud people.

They live on planet Vugaboo.

They range from 6 to 16 feet tall.

They can grow all kinds of plants on their heads. Flowers, bushes, and trees, you name it.

Their “skin” varies by region. It can be sandy, clay, or any other kind of soil.

Under their “skin” they have an hard core that stores all their vitals.

They have children by the parents forming cores inside them and then burying the cores near each other in the soil of their choice. A few months later a baby emerges from the soil.

Several types of bugs that can be found across the cosmos and are often used as food, kept as cattle, and occasionally kept as pets! They may have some sort of variation depending on the planet.

Coleo(s)

Common across many galaxies.

Many variations.

Can be cooked in various ways.

Basically the chicken of bug-eaters.

Plorm(s)

Common across many galaxies.

Slimy, thought to be pretty gross.

Actually very high in protein.

Tapiyum(s)

Common across many galaxies.

Large abdomen contains broken-down food.

Depending on what they eat, the flavour is different.

Used for flavouring

Plorm Ramen: Sliced plorm with noodles and veggies. The plorm soaks in the flavour of the broth.

Plorm and Tapiyum Curry: Diced plorm cooked in a curry made with Tapiyum seasoning. Tapiyum are raised to eat a variety of herbs and spices to really put a kick into the curry.

Deep-fried Coleo with Tapiyum Sauce: Coleo sliced into strips, coated in batter, and deep-fried. The sauce is made by feeding the tapiyum the desired ingredients, then served in a small bowl made from its abdomen.

Roasted Coleo: A coleo that’s had its shell completely removed, then marinated and slow-cooked so the meat is flavourful and tender. Often used in big family dinners.

Tapiyum , Coleo, and Vegetable Stew: Tapiyum is used for the flavouring while the coleo and veggies soak up the flavour. Root veggies similar to potatoes and carrots are often used in these kinds of stews.

Pikatti

A ploth model who was initially a friend with benefits of Elliot.

They’re 37, bisexual, and non-binary (they/she).

They got into a committed relationship with both Griswalda and Elliot a bit after Grimmshaw turned 1.

They’re flirty, a bit sassy, jokes around a bit, but have trouble with being true to their feelings.

They were initially against being in a relationship due to fear of commitment and being pegged down to one place. Griswalda and Elliot understood their need to travel, do modelling, and other things of the sort, but let her know she was loved and always had somewhere to come back to. They never had that before, so it meant a lot to them.

They usually don’t like kids much, but adores all of Griswalda and Elliot’s kids. The kids call them ren/renny.

They’re usually very picky with outfits, but they always wear the scarf Griswalda knitted them if it’s cold, regardless of if it doesn’t match the outfit.

Griswalda lost a lot in her life, but never properly mourned.
