French asexual Ravenclaw that loves books and fiction in general (especially Brandon Sanderson's Cosmere and Doctor Who) I either have mild Asperger or am an hypersensitive socially illiterate bitch. Idk.

Yes yes yes
OKAY you Whovians and Sanderson fans. NEW HEAD CANON. *takes off nerd gloves*
At some point along the way the TARDIS malfunctions, causing a massive energy spike that broke into the void. It is first forced in on itself and then essentially supernovas. It breaks into sixteen pieces and they and the Doctor are scattered, forming an entirely new universe.
Cosmere.
The Doctor regenerates and quickly realizes that because the TARDIS has saturated every fiber of this reality he is able to move around within it at will. He hatches a plan to reassemble the pieces of the TARDIS so he can go home.
This is somewhat complicated by the fact that they have attached themselves to certain worlds and have picked up overwhelming driving priorities: Some just want to destroy and hurt. Others want to create order. Still others want freedom. As you can imagine, it’s quite a task to gather them all.
Additionally, he can’t take too active a part in events because he runs the risk of causing the entire universe to collapse, eradicating him and the TARDIS forever. That doesn’t prevent him from showing up at certain key points to offer tools, advice, and insight into what is to come in order to help the people around him and (hopefully) help himself.
He collects nicknames along the way, but we know him best as Wit and Hoid. ;)

Me : “My supposed autistic symptoms don’t really bother me. I guess I’m not autistic, just a bit sensitive.”
Also me in physics class : “DAMMIT Alexander, stop coughing, I can’t even focus. Oh, so now you’re hitting my chair ? I will kill you. Mickael, how dare you touch me with your elbow ? Jane, your sneeze actually hurt my ears. Stop it. Oh, and now it is time to correct the exercise and I haven’t written anything because SO MUCH NOISE”
Also me in the cafeteria : “Oh no, my usual table is not available because it’s a holiday and there are less dressed tables. Oh well. Guess I’m not eating. I could literally sit two meters from it... But no. Let’s starve. I don’t even have anything to eat in my room and every shop is closed. Oh well.”

Hmmm, those babies don't have a lot of blonde hair... Kaladin, what have you done?
Tumblr media
After careful perusal of the Stormlight Archive, I have determined that Shallan and Adolin don’t have enough problems so I gave them two more.

Don't bother me when I'm busy doing nothing
I'm in school, and too often people will set me meetings and oral exams in the middle of an otherwise free afternoon. Every time I'm like THANKS, now HALF of that afternoon is useless. I turn into a useless mop whenever I know I have something scheduled later the same day.
Anyone else like that?

For years, I thought I wasn’t queer in the least. So whenever I wondered whether I was maybe a little, I would suppress it because I didn’t want to appropriate a community’s struggles. That’s a Straight™ dick move. “I don’t feel attracted to boys, but neither am I attracted to girls. Asexuality ? But I do have a sex drive...”
Then I learnt that asexuality was about sexual attraction (not about libido) and I read about aromantics. I’ve never felt so relieved, it’s so weird.
Now I have words to describe what I feel, and it is. so. nice.
Next step is finding out whether I actually have some kind of Asperger’s, or if I’m just socially anxious/awkward with very low tolerance for change, light and sound, and a passion for math and books. In a way, I kind of feel like a diagnosis would have the same effect...

I don't know if being aromantic and demisexual will help me writing a convincing essay in French class about love. I think not, since my teacher berates Schopenhauer for being cynical and sad, and says love - as in romantical love - is necessary to humans. This is annoying.

So, I’m a French student, and we sometimes have these English oral exams where we’re supposed to talk about some press article (summarizing it, then discussing one point we find interesting). Mine was about positive discrimination, and I argued that it was very important to have diversity in every field. I mentioned that airbags used to be dangerous for women because they were made for men, hitting smaller women in the chest or chin and hurt them when used, and my examiner (a woman) seemed interested. I talked about the clitoris, about how it wasn’t discovered for centuries, and she seemed a bit surprised. I said that in medical fields, doctors were not always trained to treat black patients for skin diseases, and that white males being the default could pose numerous setbacks to important diagnosis, and she seemed flabbergasted. When I said ‘endometriosis is a very incapacitating disease affecting between five and ten percent of females worldwide, yet nobody knows about it and there is less research about it than about erectile dysfunction’, she was floored and she scribbled a few notes.
I got an 18 out of 20. My English was no better than usual, and this examiner has torn some of my other classmates (who didn’t even know what the #metoo movement was) into pieces, so she wasn’t nicer than usual.
Tumblr brought me good grades.
The best part is that now I share social issues posts with some classmates, saying that they will help with the English oral exams. I teach them stuff, they like it, and I feel like a social heroine.

There is hope in today's humanity
So I'm in a big engineering school in France. There is one dude who is very argumentative, but never listens to what you have to say. I find him incredibly annoying. Once, at lunch, he was telling proudly the whole table that 'some women have too many abortions, there should be a limit'. Me, a salty passive agressive feminist, have to reply.
"It's true that women getting raped on a daily basis by their husbands clearly exaggerate."
"Getting what?!"
"Raped."
"Well... Why don't they divorce then?"
I almost killed him. BUT THEN, MY NEIGHBOUR, TEENAGE BOY THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CONVERSATION, INTERVENES!
"Marital rape exists, is incredibly difficult to prove, and women don't divorce because they are scared for themselves or their kids."
And then he calmly went back to his dessert.
GODAMN GENIUS!
Annoying dude didn't have anything more to say.

Do you have questions about French preparatory schools?
Hey guys!
I got my highschool diploma in France last year, and am now in one of the best scientific preparatory schools in France. Basically, in two years, I'm going to enter country-wide competitions to get into big engineering schools. During two years, we will attempt to cram as much knowledge as possible while grappling with tough reasoning conundrums, weekly oral exams, weekly written exams, english and french lessons, physical education... After only one month, I must declare that I had never worked this much. However, our classmates are helpful and we stick together no matter what, giving each other chocolate, exchanging advice, watching movies together, discussing fandoms... And our teachers are fairly nice.
I was wondering if anyone on this site had questions about the French education system, especially the preparatory classes system. I need to improve my English, so feel free to ask away :-)
Support to everybody still in school: you'll nail it!

I just realized that my favourite characters, in a lot of series, have exactly the same personnality. Jellal from Fairy Tail, Itachi from Naruto (a manga that I haven't actually finished yet), Fujitora from One Piece, the Doctor, Artemis Fowl... They have all sinned greatly "for the greater good" (freedom, peace for Konoha, justice, peace in the universe, parents...), have suffered greatly and try to get up, even of the "criminal" label will never truly leave them. Basically, wouldn't it be completely awesome of they joined one another ? (Itachi's ghost can actually help I guess) Behold my absurd dream: a team of three sinners, which people call "dark emperors" (dark lords already exist). Jellal is the Chained Emperor, because he begs for freedom since the day he was born, but ended up chaining himself to a guild. Itachi is the Bloody Emperor, because he wishes for peace while killing his whole family, and sheds blood to end wars. Finally, Fujitora is the Wronged Emperor (yeah it sucks) because he obviously loves justice, but working with the army actually doesn't help justice. So he is fair by disobeying the law (not killing pirates and all. I hope he didn't change, I'm not exactly up to date with the scans). The others aren't as strong as those three, so I'll assume they'll either focus on their own world, or respect the Dark Emperors and not want to join their team. I live for these stupid ideas of mine ^^

My mother : I'm against abortion
My mother : I don't like the idea of creating kids in laboratories for lesbian couples. I mean, we have them live in an unusual family, without father, and we know it!
Me : When you say unusual families without fathers, do you include families where the teenage mother was raped and couldn't get an abortion?
My mother : ... Guess I'll go then

... Apparently I just managed getting blocked by @fairytail-whathesays just for saying that Doranbolt appears sometimes in the manga and anime as attracted to children, even if I am firmly against shipping him with Wendy. I just offered facts, not even an opinion... Why would you prevent me from seeing your blog? It's so great :'(
