I love the dancing scene from the new ep so much, because it shows just how much Jason knows and respects Chidi. Chidi wanted to do something spontaneous, and Jason could have suggested literally anything, but he chose dancing in the middle of Chidi's library: a safe, no-risk activity that only involved the two of them so Chidi wouldn't feel anxious or pressured.

that’s so TRUE i never thought of that! jason is always so insightful. he always understands exactly what people need. intellectually, he knows fuck-all, but emotionally, he’s perfectly in tune. he’s literally the opposite of s1 michael. jason is the cure for torture. he’s opposite torture. i’m just now realizing as i type this that opposite-torture has already been used in the show so i guess what i’m trying to say is that jason is a goddamn gift

today at work an older lady came in looking for a perfume and said her son had texted her the name of it, so she said "it's called L D K" and showed me the text, and i had to politely tell her that it said/meant "i don't know"

she then called her son up and lectured him for not spelling it out bc "she's old and doesn't know what that means" while i was just standing there silently, awkwardly holding the keys to the cabinets and then she left

gerald the alpaca is a vital part of the ironfam and is just as much tony’s kid as peter and morgan this is the hill i die on 😤🥰

When Tony first tells Peter that he’s got an alpaca, the kid laughs so hard that he actually cries.

Gerald has free rein of the entire property, and anybody who questions it is promptly silenced.

Tony has a running joke with Peter that if he upsets Gerald, he has 0 qualms about selling him on the black market for a single corn chip.

Gerald hums when he’s happy, and Morgan’s picked up the habit, too. They’ll hum back and forth for minutes at a time and Tony thinks it’s the most precious thing in the world.

Peter does not understand Gerald, and Gerald does not understand him. They frequently stare at each other, both trying to reason out why Tony likes the other one so much. They’ve yet to figure it out.

Gerald likes to stick his head through the kitchen window. The first time Peter sees this, he startles so violently that he’s 80% sure he got mild whiplash.

Tony thought that the whiplash event was incredibly amusing, and had F.R.I.D.A.Y. save the footage.

Whenever Gerald does something he shouldn’t and Tony sends Peter to clean up the mess, he’ll shout “WHY COULDN’T YOU JUST GET A NORMAL PET?!” and Tony always responds with “WELL YOU’RE NOT A NORMAL KID BUT WE KEEP YOU ARE DON’T WE??”

Tony threatens Peter with ‘Gerald Duty’ when he’s being snarky. Peter doesn’t know what that actually means but he’s terrified of it anyway.
