How do you find out if your a system or not? Like, how did you figure it out? Online sources? Talking to people?

We found out through researching our symptoms and then I asked the others (I didn’t even know if I was just talking to myself at the time) to write something if they fronted. Sure enough, Markus did and through that and lots more research, we came to the conclusion that yes, we’re a system!
