Sleep paralysis

So around 23:00 and 23:20 June 9, I got my third sleep paralysis of the month Which can be considered worrying. My psychologist told me that it most likely has to do with stress, although I didn't mind experiencing it, since I rationalize them, but yesterday, yesterday was different. I woke up from a disturbing dream, look around, and notice I'm In a paralysis, y "take" my phone so I can call my mother. She didn't respond. I then enter the camera app, and I see something horrible besides me (hallucinations) I cry, keep calling my mom for 7 minutes, wake up- getting free from the paralysis and crying

It happens I got a big crush on this guy we'll call Brendon, like, since August 2024, he's so strong and sweet, not-so-much intelligent but interesting, he owns a pretty face, whit a bit of facial hair, he's tall and he has deep feelings. Even before falling for him I was captive by his way of being authentic. He's a year older than me, but Because he started preschool a year later than he should have we had the same class. The thing is that my best friend at the time, that we'll call Evelyn didn't knew I had a crush on Brendon, I didn't told her because I was afraid she'll tell him and ruin my """possibilities"""" whit Brendon, so I stayed quiet. Later, February 20th of this year, I got notified that I'm getting transferred to another school, and that February 22th'd be my last day in that one school. Obviously I was devastated bc I had lots pf friends in there and I was quite popular so school was fun, and also because I wouldn't be able to see HIM in a long, long time.

Two weeks ago, I entered my Instagram and saw two messages, both from Brendon (who gained more confidence as a close friend whit me after I left school) and from Evelyn. They're now dating.

I cannot blame Evelyn because of her actions, obviously I told her my situation, she felt bad, but it ain't like they're cutting it because of me.
