Possible MCU storyline or Avengers movie

So, the skrulls are an official race in the MCU. Considering all the storylines featuring them, the MCU can take some inspiration from those stories. However, with the MCU skrulls, Marvel Studios decided a different route needed to be taken when they were introduced in Captain Marvel. Still, it doesn't change the fact that one of the biggest skrull story arcs cant be adapted.

Here me out: Secret Invasion!

Yep, with Talos and his mate impersonating Nick Furry and Maria Hill, Marvel Studios has established skrulls living among us. What if, a rouge skrull group decided to start an invasion by doing exactly what they did in the 8 issue comic story? By the time anyone, even the new cast of Avengers have figured out what is going on, its already too late.

Earth is at the mercy of skrulls that have nothing but hate for humans and claim Earth as their own.

Captain Marvel will take center stage in this film considering her alliance with the skrulls and she must make a choice whether to help save Earth or allow the skrulls to do their dirty work. Also Talos would be at the helm trying to stop the madness. Of course, nothing would go to his plan and the worst will happen.

Just a little thought and a possible Avengers movie.

Writer's problems

So, I've been working in a personal project of mine for 2 years. With a fulltime night job and other circular activities, it's been a task to get it done. Also, with rewrites to fit the need the story.

Anyways, while I was editing, I accidentally mistakenly deleted the entire story folder instead of 1 story! Two years of hard work and tears and turmoil and achievement gone! Just gone!!!

Luckily, there was a backup of the original skeleton of the story to pickup the pieces.
