    For me, the most effective method to increase the number of visitors of a web site is to “become part of a social media community” because you can acquire a high number of viewers in your web site with the use of a social media application.    The social application that I have encountered are Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other more. I can say that these applications are appealing for me.     My number one would be “highlight key words“ because if key words are easily identified, users can save time in finding information that they seek and if key words is set in bold font it can direct the copyreader to the essence of the sentence or paragraph. My second one would be “split paragraphs into shorter and fewer sentence” because this will help ensure that the text will be read by the audience, the text content of the web site would be concise and direct to the point and using fewer words means smaller chances of committing an error. My third one would be :split complex sentences into simpler ones” because avoiding complex compound sentences will make the text more readable, can easily understood by the readers and simple sentences are easier to check for errors. Then my last one is “use subheadings to identify subsections of the application or web site” because it can easily identify and search for information by skimming subsections and subheading and the arrangement of ideas can easily be identified by following the subheadings.

    Yes, I did help someone when I used the social media and ICT, like when I click the “LIKE” button to the post of the person I knew in Facebook wherein it is for the sake of their grade in a particular subject. Even if it is only a single like, it will still help them. Also by sharing their post. Another one is watching a video on YouTube, by doing this it will increase the number of views of a particular video wherein it is for the sake of winning an award and also voting for the music video you like in order to win the group you choose, just like in music shows and other more.

    When I am watching tutorial videos, there are some instances that the instructions did not go well. I think you can check the legitimacy of the tutorial on the number of subscribers and views, it has its own name or channel, it has good reviews and comments, and other more.

In your experience of using multimedia applications, which do you think is better – linear or nonlinear? Why? What do you think are the advantages of each over the other?

    For me, nonlinear is better than linear because in this category people can give their feedback or share their opinions about the video, presentation, and other more that you have shared or uploaded. And because of this it will help us to have ideas, adjustments, be aware about what people think of it and other more.

    But these two types of multimedia have their own advantages, for linear even if people can’t give a feedback, they can still learn and be informed, it gives them entertainment and other more. On the other hand, for nonlinear, people can give their feedbacks or comments wherein it will help us to gain new ideas, be aware of their opinions, can gather suggestions and other more.

    The features that I think are unique or good in Prezi are the zooming in and zooming out effect, it has a variety of templates, and it allows you to import PowerPoint slides into a presentation.

2. Based on experience, why do you think these features are advantageous as compared with conventional presentation tools?

    These features are advantageous as compared with conventional presentation tools because even if it is only zooming in and zooming out effect it gives a new impression together with the rotating effect as well, it makes the presentation to look more creative and great, it makes the presentation more fun and not boring compare to the usual PowerPoint presentation. You can use different templates wherein it helps us to make our presentation livelier and appealing to the viewers and other more.

    The advantages of creating and saving documents online is that we can easily access through our web browser. Saving our document online helps us save space on our device because it doesn't take up valuable space on our device or desktop, it has strong security, we can access it to different devices, we can easily share our document, it has a backup in case the document we created was deleted or loss, and other more.

2. What are the advantages of sharing what Google integrated in these productivity tools?

    The advantages of it is that you can easily share it and you can have the copy of the file, you can save it and can access it to different devices, it does not consume a lot of time, you can have backup files, you can create documents and other more.

    For me, if a Web site development team does not have enough members the division of work will not be organized, it will consume a lot of time, it can cause confusions, and other more. I said this because building or creating a Web site requires addressing different aspects covering the product, the amount of work and tasks to be done in developing a Web site is maybe much for one individual, so we need a Web site development team in order to do the works. A team should be complete to be able to divide the work base on the skills of the person.

    Dividing the task to the members of the team can deliver results faster and is more efficient. It also promotes collaboration and teamwork. That's why a Web site development team should be complete.

    The benefits of using online presentation, sharing, and storage applications is that you will not trouble yourself into purchasing or installing the presentation software to your device or desktop, you just need internet connection and you can easily access and log in your account. it quickly allows you to find sources and organize your work faster and you can make a presentation in a more creative way.

    Through online presentation you can quickly share your work to your friends, and other more, you can securely store it in storage applications like cloud storage, google drive and other more. It ensures that information can be received and accessed properly.

2. Cite some instances in your life that would show how online presentation, sharing, and storage applications are better or more helpful than traditional tools.

    Some instances in my life is when I am making a presentation in Prezi, I can say that this is better than the traditional tools because Prezi provides beautiful and variety of templates which you can use to make your presentation creative and great. It can make your presentation more organize. You can easily share it and stored it through cloud storage with the ability to allow and restrict access in a customizable way and other more.
