A Familiar Truth.

Summary: Reflecting upon yourself during a snowstorm doesn’t bring the answers you went looking for. The cold only served to hurt you this Christmas, and the loneliness was indifferent.

“Isn't it exhausting? Spending Christmas all alone, with nobody bothering to check up on you. Having nobody in your corner. All the god-forsaken birthdays that nobody would think twice about until you suddenly bring them up. The forced smiles, and the quick 'happy birthday' before going on and about their usual business. How easy it is for the world to move on without you. Aren't you sick of it?" The voice hissed. It sounded so familiar, like having a bitter old friend visit, pleading for you to get your shit together, hugging you just enough to feel suffocated in the hot embrace. Smelling like cinnamon and hot-cocoa. The kind of hot cocoa that you prayed every winter there'd be a second mug across from you, just as warm and patient, and maybe this time, become someone who would actually fucking stay, for real this time—for you, and of their own choice.

You just wanted someone to choose you. Was it really that hard?

You mustered a smile. One that came from lonely nights and tears that were just as broken. Slowly, you looked back up at the voiceless, writhing yell; Of course they sounded familiar��it was only you, and it could have only been you. So, you did the only thing that could be done: speak a familiar truth.

Great now my dumbass is getting back into creepypasta which I thought was left back years ago. Don't get me wrong! I've still loved it just not been like an in and out stuff to play in thd background. So stories more than solid characters / Creators of some of them are pretty sus which put me off kinda.

hello, should we talk about boundaries?

dream has made it very clear during a couple of different occasions that he’s not comfortable with the idea of alcohol and jokes being made about him drinking.

here dream mentions that he’s a teetotaler, which means that he doesn’t drink any type of alcohol. (teetotalism is a practice of abstinence of all alcoholic beverages.)

on this clip, karl and quackity were obviously joking around, but dream genuinely sounded uncomfortable with the way they were speaking and kept bringing it back.

during this moment they probably didn’t notice it and they’re friends so they probably know dream better than us, but if even dream’s close friends make him uncomfortable by joking about this, maybe everyone here should respect dream’s wishes and stop making jokes about that.

It is from around 2:57:00 from his latest quackitytoo stream, “MIDNIGHT TOON TOWN LET’S GO”. I couldn’t fit all his thoughts into this one clip, so I highly suggest you go watch this portion of the stream if you’re interested since he does go more in-depth for around 5-7 minutes. He goes into more depth as to why he is uncomfortable with NSFW depictions of himself.
