"MIND" Your mind is an obedient servant to you. What you fill your mind with, you will attract more of in your life. If you're stressed, try not to think of the stress and think of something that makes you happy instead. Like an upcoming holiday, your family or your hobbies. It's easier said than done and I find it difficult myself sometimes too. But with practice you can train your mind to focus on the happy things in life so you gravitate towards the things that make you happy instead of the things that make you sad. 'SOUL' Turkey spinach patties! Here's a little number anyone can throw together in under 10 minutes. Simply finely chop spinach, two chilli peppers, half a bulb of garlic, 1 pack of mushrooms, few sprigs of thyme and seasoning. Go easy on the salt and generous with the garlic, chilli and onion powder! Mix together with your hands and add two raw eggs to bind together. Mould in to burger shape patties and chuck in the oven for 30 mins at 180 degrees. 'SOUL' if you like crisps but don't like the side effects. Why not make you're own healthy version. All you need is fresh beet root, sweet potato, kale, cumin, Parmesan and cayenne pepper. Preheat you're oven at 175 degrees. Slice into crisp thin slices all your veg and dry with a towel or air dry. Gently warm up 1 desert spoon of coconut oil till it's runny. Then cover veg with coconut oil, cumin, Parmesan and cayenne pepper to taste. Whack in the oven for 12-14 minutes or until crispy and voila! Healthy crisps! Ingredients provide vitamin A, C and K, fibre, iron and also raises you're metabolism with the all important cayenne pepper. "MIND" Switch your train of thought! Make the Switch Try and become aware of your thinking patterns and you can then begin to change them. We all have the capability to choose what we think and you have the power to change a negative thought into a positive. When you notice a negative or non-affirming thought in your head consciously decide to change it. Do not worry if at first you do not believe your new positive thought as overtime that will change. By switching your negative thought in to a positive one each and every time you will eventually create new thought patterns and habits. You will also be creating a positive energy within yourself as opposed to a negative. This method is simple yet not easy, but it works very well. It is a matter of sticking with it one hundred percent of the time. After a period of time your negative thought patterns will no longer have the power to affect or limit any aspect of your life including your emotions. Your new positive thought patterns will send out a different energy and create a more positive way of being which will in turn attract new positive energy within your life. Over time with practice you will notice that when a negative thought pops up you will habitually switch it immediately to a positive. Then before you know it the negativity will be gone and it will be replaced with a positive and self-affirming way of being.
