Today marks a turning point in my life. I #graduated today with my #certification as a #frontend web #developer. Getting to this point means so much to me because this is something that I've really wanted to do for a very long time. I no longer have #imposter Syndrome and I have more #confidence in myself now than I ever have before. This wouldn't have been possible without #TechTown here in #Chattanooga along with #MSI and #SavvyCoders. You beautiful people gave #hope and an #opportunity to us when we needed it the most. I'm in heaven right now. I have my #Elegoo kit as well as my book on #Adruino by #JeremyBlum and another book on #raspberrypi by #DerekMolloy. This is like a childhood dream coming true right now. I used to love taking electronics apart to see how they worked (never did lol). But I never thought I'd see the day that I'd be able to afford to do something this awesome. It's so weird how I felt super #nervous about using 2 needles a month ago when I first started teaching myself to #knit, but now I was super lucky to have had my friend find my other double pointed needle so that I can use all 5 of my #dpns. It just feels more natural working with 5 needles instead of two. It's official my #student Christine just learned how to #crochet in less than a week and she's already created this beautiful hat. She has truly surpassed the teacher.
