I'm in heaven right now. I have my #Elegoo kit as well as my book on #Adruino by #JeremyBlum and another book on #raspberrypi by #DerekMolloy. This is like a childhood dream coming true right now. I used to love taking electronics apart to see how they worked (never did lol). But I never thought I'd see the day that I'd be able to afford to do something this awesome. Welcome to Hello, World! My name is Sophia and I’m totally psyched to meet you. Some fun facts for you to get to know me:

I’m an aspiring engineer but I have many artsy hobbies. Those include knitting, drawing, sewing, and digital media (though I can’t say I’m very good at any of them).

I have many hobbies in general. One of the quirkier hobbies of mine is Microscopic Photography, which I’ve been doing for a couple years now. This hobby is what possessed me to ask my friend the other day if I could have a dead baby cockroach that we found on her desk. She said I could have it. I don’t think it was a tough decision for her.

I live in Hawaii. No, I do not live in a grass shack. I do not have a pet whale either. I used to have pet chickens though. And, yes, I absolutely love the movie Moana.

I couldn’t talk to people for two years back in middle school for some unknown reason. I used hand gestures instead of words. Now I can talk, and people can’t get me to shut up.

I used to wear a cape to school in 8th grade, which was lots of fun. I wore it to a track meet once and got in last place because I’m not very good at running. But people still cheered me on because they thought the cape was cool.

So, yeah, I guess that’s it. I’m pretty new to Tumblr but I always thought it was a cool platform for sharing ideas. And I read too many text post memes.
