one part of Project 2025 is the presidential personnel database that the Heritage Foundation is building to streamline presidential appointments (aka create a pipeline putting ultra-conservatives in positions of power) and here's the thing.

anyone can submit their resume to be considered for inclusion in this database. now, you do need to sign up for an account on their website using their phone number to fill out an application, but that's easily bypassed with a service like Google Voice or Burner. it would be so easy to inundate their system with fake resumes. the more realistic the resume, the harder it would be for them to throw out on sight.
