I missed it because it’s been a looong day BUT I’m still posting anyway...#FlexFriday I have been working all week.💪🏾 I took off on Thursday because it was a good friends B-Day and we all partied like crazy. Got to the gym late today 🤦🏽‍♂️. Around 6:30am 😠 but I still got it in. Still on this building muscle to add to this frame road. I worked on back today but I’m flexin’ the weeks development. No Supplements! All me. 💯 I guess I can say #AllNatural. Even though I really want a Protein Supplement ya boy just been doing it with regular food. Practicing my Classic Physique Posing. After my workout. I did pretty good this am. Got to the gym around 6am. Stage ready 🤔. Not in my mind. Still have to develop somethings. Although I may not feel as though I’m ready for the stage practicing makes for a smooth transition. Really makes me realize that I have a long way to go. Believe me when I say I am my own worst critic 💯. Will continue to work hard at building. Really have to get a good protein again. I have been lacking in regards to my protein use. I have not been eating like I should. I have not used any protein in months. Honestly been drinking way too much. And certainly have not been going to the gym enough. I was a premature baby. My lungs were the last to develop. So I have asthma and the doctor always said that I would have a cold at least once a year when the season turns. Well this so called Hotumn got my body all confused. I don’t have a head cold but my throat is killing me and my lymph nodes are swollen Tylenol cold and flu here I come.
