narcissistic abuse isnt real. Its just abuse.

this is coming from a system who was abused by someone with npd. she didnt abuse us because of her npd, she abused us because she was an awful person.

this is coming from a system who one of their best friends possibly has npd. he understands us better than most and even though we've had rough patches (from both being minors with undiagnosed illness) he's still there for us.

a real punk doesnt put down other mental health disorders (or even physical health disorders.)
