I wonder how hard it is to make a speed paint? I've never made one, but I think it would be neat to see my entire process like that. 🤔

I want to try it, but also it would be embarrassing to air out all of my mistakes and weird convoluted process like that, haha.

This drawing was meant to be a "what-if". A small, possible moment of what their lives could have been.

It's complicated. People have been blocking me for portraying them this way, but someone who's abusive isn’t cruel every second of every day. They can show love, and offer kindness, that’s what makes it so confusing. When the coldness or cruelty appears, it can feel like you must have done something wrong. You might lash out or turn the pain inwards.

Does it make you uncomfortable to see them happy? That discomfort is part of the story too.

Thinking about how annoying it must for Dabi to have so many piercings/staples. His senses are dulled, maybe they don't bother him. But honestly I'm always knocking my piercings on everything, bonk bonk bonk!

Would you like to know the origin of my username? It is based on my quirk! I'm not active in the OC scene, but it is fun to consider! Maybe I will draw myself, just once.

Let me explain my quirk, I've given it a bit of thought. ☺️

My quirk is manipulating the dendritic arborization in others, initiated through eye contact. (This is where dendritic in my username comes from. Cheep is just 🐥 )

If dendrites are trees, then my quirk makes me into the gardener! 🌲 ⚡️

Some of the potential changes include:

* rewiring personality

* erasing or implanting memories

* changing emotional responses

* altering their sense of self

Some of the drawbacks are:

* it requires eye contact

* it causes migraines (for both of us)

* they can feel it happening

* I might accidentally turn them into a vegetable ( this is a downside because I would feel bad 😔)

So this makes it a mental quirk! It is complex and delicate to use. It reminds me of Overhaul's quirk, because you need a lot of trial and error, and a lot of knowledge to use it properly— but I could take someone apart and put them back together, in a way.

I would probably use it to help people overcome their struggles.

In a world where you can fly, breathe underwater, shapeshift, and do other fantastical things-- I think the power to control who someone is at their core is very useful and scary, right? ☺️
