Her name is Mycroft because she really hates Sherlock and Watson. Sherlock won't even do anything to her but Mycroft will sniff her and decide to hiss at her. Watson and Mycroft hate each other equally, though I'd say Watson is more afraid.

This pride month is an excellent time to drop the term "cishet" as a word for "conformant" or "nonqueer".

Intersex people belong in pride. "Pericishet" is only a bandaid solution because stacking prefixes will always leave some group out.

i love the term "joshing." it's slang, meaning to joke or tease playfully. "i'm just joshing you." who is this notorious josh. who joshed so much that the whole concept got named after him

Oh! True crime moment. I watched this docuseries a while ago that was about this "reform school" program, it might have just been called the program, but it was really interesting. It was about this specific school under an organization, WASPP I think (or maybe there were double letters somewhere else. I have no idea) where they were quite literally torturing children.

It was interesting because it was half from the perspective of people who were a part of it, several years later as they went back to the schools and tried to find as much information as possible so they could incriminate the people who did it, and get help to the other people who went through it. It was also strange because if I'm remembering right there was a lot of footage from the schools. There would be "parent day" type things where they made the parents do all of these kinds of weird rituals that they made the students do, too, but less horrific and more indoctrinating.

I don't think there was too much of a conclusion, whenever it came out I think they're still trying to get enough evidence.
