Follow The Passion

For my newest painting, I'm sharing this journey with you. This painting is not completed, though it takes forever to accomplish this one. I thought it would be cool to share the process with you.

I'm just starting to practice different thumb rules of how to set up a painting like the rule of thirds and compositions. There's a lot more to keep track of, from sketch ideas and lightning and shadowing, composition and what kind of colors to use, and so on.

I will leave you the final version after I'm done with it. Probably within the next 90 years!

As I'm using a tablet and not an iPad, I usually paint in infinity. I think it's a great program and holds up to others like Procreate; it holds everything you need from tools, and it is a really stable and powerful program. I hope this small note will keep you on the right track; keep up the good work, and never doubt yourself. I know I'm far away from my goal, but then again, my main purpose of this blog is to show you it doesn't need to be perfect before you share your art and journey.

Follow The Passion

I know it might be early to discuss following your dreams and goals, especially since I'm new to the world of art. However, I have to say that the best decision I've ever made was to put myself out there and share my art style and progress with the world.

I’ve been waiting too long to start sharing my work. I want to find the right moment and practice just a little more before I let go. I look at all the incredibly talented artists out there and find myself holding back. This blog and the space I'm creating is for everyone who wants to explore and embrace their own greatness.

I find it difficult to accept and understand the purpose and goals in my life, and I believe many of you feel this way too. To be honest, as someone who doesn't feel I have many options to shape my life, my big dream—one that means more than just money—is to continue pursuing what I am passionate about. I want to create, practice, make progress, and achieve success.

And this makes me think of one of the greatest quotes I have ever read in my life. It goes something like this:

The true purpose of life is to create meaning and purpose for your own existence.

Keep this in mind, fellows. Remember, if you can think it and believe it, you're also able to achieve it. Have a wonderful day.

A New Way

I’m finally done trying out oil painting. I really don’t have any clue how it works, other than a few videos I watched on YouTube. I decided to try this style myself. The picture I worked on was created by another person on Pinterest, and I aimed to make the best copy of the original that I could.

Understanding hard edges, light, and shadows is complex for me. I haven't learned to use it correctly, but I can more easily see where it goes wrong.

Working In Nature

This is a new, friendly beginner style that I like to use when I want to sketch my ideas with painting, rather than meticulously planning everything out with a pencil. Sometimes, I find it enjoyable to capture my surroundings using colors and shapes while trying to create a story. Although I often practice this exercise, this particular painting is inspired by an original piece I found on Pinterest that I want to try recreating as an idea.

I also found it more easy to use between three to five different layers and fork separate on layers with shadowing and light effects, after giving some basic colors nailed down

Ancient Memories

I’m excited to share my second drawing and my tenth painting overall. While I know there are some mistakes in coloring, shadows, light, and composition, I believe the most important thing is to keep going. It’s essential to take the time to work on my progress, note what doesn’t work, and strive to improve.

Recognize that in art, there are truly no boundaries or rules regarding how to express yourself. This freedom is what draws people into creativity. Art serves as an escape from reality, and in my view, it may also be a step into the true reality we are meant to experience.

The Journey

I'm finally taking action and starting this blog to improve my skills and stay focused on my dream of becoming a digital artist. I hope to eventually make a living from this.

I know that my skills in drawing and painting are very basic, and that's one of the main reasons I wanted to create this blog. I find it inspiring to watch and follow other beginners like myself, as I feel a stronger connection when the gap between the artist and me isn't too wide. I hope you enjoy this journey as well, and that it serves as inspiration to encourage you to pursue your own passions. It doesn't matter if it's drawing, dancing, or writing books; just keep working on something that can ultimately help you discover who you really are.
