Ah, yes, a group of heroes. Definitely not villains that will destroy whatever they desire in their path. I really enjoyed making them.

Spoke to a close friend who gave me a great idea. They're going to be hunted by an enemy of the "The Corrupted One" Archfey that is a parent to one of the players. They will be this spooky fey with a skeletal dog design with cu sith as hunting dogs.
The Corrupted Forest used to be a glade that was his hunting grounds before the presence of the Corrupted One influenced the land and destroyed it. Now that their daughter is finally in the open, they can get back at them.
It's now a race for survival. Thank you to who suggested their emotions affect the landscape which I plan to use against them.
My players have finally reached the Feywild! Their goal is to go through the Corrupted Forest to get to the Sapphire Pond.
However, I am struggling to think about what they should do or deal with before they reached the Corrupted Forest. I would love some suggestions!

We finally fucking leveled up to 17, baby! My character Calypso is 12 levels in Sorcerer and I just took my 5th level in Warlock. Took the spell Fly and replaced Hex with Thunder Step. I never remembered to use Hex and I like using my 1st level spell slots for Absorb Elements, Shield, and Silvery Barbs anyway.
This may come as a surprise, but I don't use my Pact Magic slots to gain sorcery points back pretty much ever. I only did it when we were in a dungeon for a literal 4 in real time months so I needed to gain some resource back. I just see it as some extra spell slots. I tend to cast a lot of 2nd and 3rd level spells so this is great.
For my Eldritch Invocation, I chose Gift of the Ever Living Ones because my character gets fucking ragdolled a lot. He either leaves combat unscathed or embarrassingly tossed around.

I think I did a fairly decent job at recreating my first ever D&D character, Eridonis. Wish I could have him wear a circlet in his camp clothes used for this look, but oh well.

it really is funny how until episode 72 Fjord drops into his native accent exclusively for the following situations:
Uk'otoa interactions
Privately freaking the fuck out about Uk'otoa interactions
Lying to the police and other authorities

I have no idea how it is possible, but when we rolled Initiative last night, four out of five of us rolled a total of 22. Watching my DM struggle to put our names in order was a lot of fun.

Here is my playlist for calm music to play in the background of your campaign. Over 12 hours worth of music to play through. I add to this playlist every now and then so expect new things to listen to. Hope this helps save time for new DMs out there from having to make a playlist of their own!

To anyone that needs a D&D Battle Playlist, here is mine! It has over 9 hours worth of music to go through so each battle for awhile should have plenty of new things to listen to.

Having our Paladin essentially enter what became a blender that doesn't slice you up and have him flung around in a cylinder going about 100 mph was peak comedy for our session tonight. Usually it is my character getting ragdolled so this was a nice change of pace.

My players will be eventually be fighting a water and crystal themed archfey. I homebrewed an entire monster stat block on my Notes app on my phone. I am looking forward to them struggling, but I know my players will do just fine.
