Hi everyone! It is spring, the equinox was just here and the Northern Hemisphere, and as you noticed we are getting more daylight throughout the day. We are in a period of renewal. So, what happens in the spring is the time you are able to plant and sow your seeds that you want to flourish, you want to grow. So, from a manifestation standpoint it’s a really great time to be sowing the seeds of what you want to create in your life. It’s a really good time – we are coming out of hibernation of winter which helped us feel safe and protected, and gave a really needed rest period. Spring is the time when things come to life, but it only can come to life if it’s been planted and nourished.

So, right now is the time to plant the seeds of your dreams and then nourish them – nourish them through attention, nourish them through chanting of mantras, nourishing them through perhaps, sharing with others or collaborating with others who could help you to achieve what you want to create. So, Happy Spring and I hope that you are able to start putting this into practice so that you can manifest fully in 2019.

We get pretty excited about the spring equinox bringing us out of winter and officially starting the season of spring. But what exactly is the spring equinox? And does an equinox happen at the start of every season?

An equinox is usually defined as the instant of time when the plane of Earth's equator passes through the center of the Sun. Northern Hemisphere is the half of Earth that is north of the Equator. For other planets in the Solar System, north is defined as being in the same celestial hemisphere relative to the invariable plane of the solar system as Earth's North Pole

First, let’s get into the equinox, which actually occurs just twice a year. The word equinox comes from Latin and means “equality of night and day.” So, the equinox occurs at two specific moments in time when the sun is exactly above the equator (contrary to popular belief, the equinox doesn’t last for 24 hours).

Hi, come on in! Welcome to our first flip. I think my primary reason for getting into real estate at this time in my life; I was just ready for it. Because of you hard money and working with them and how great they've been to me I'm gonna be able to actually reach my goals. My husband and I have five kids, they are all grown and gone we have grandchildren. My husband is retired. So we wanted something to do after his retirement. And we just know it was time. the condition of this property was horrible. It was really really bad. And when we came in, there wore walls everywhere, there was mold in the bathroom, three little bitty bedrooms. It was horrible. And when we first purchased it, none of this was here. Again, it was all dirty, nasty, moldy stuff that was in here. So we had to gut it completely. We had to take it all the way back to the frames, because the construction of course in 1940, was not to code in 2015 when we bought it. So the county required that we come in and just completely gut the whole house. So none of this was here. We added all of this, what you see. The windows, the whole upstairs is brand new. We are investors, we primarily invest in raw land. This was the first time we acquired a property that actually had a house on it. So we decided okay we all go ahead and flip it. We are so new at this; most borrowers will go to a hard money lender at the beginning of this project. We were well into our project, we just run out of money with all the requirements that the county set up for us, things we had to accomplish with the house. Throughout working with DoHardMoney, the support I received from them was amazing. The people were easy to speak with all the stages, everyone was wonderful. I'm looking to make probably about 30 or 40 thousand dollars on when it's all said and done I want to take that money and reinvest into another opportunity to try and grow that and for my next deal. It's gonna just you know help add more value to my life as far as being able to live more comfortably and provide for my family.

This is number one first ever flip, and I do plan on working with do hard money again. They made it really easy. I get into real estate has always been an interest of mine just I got friends they have properties and things of that nature and I really want to tell my boss to beat it a few years. So really looking for like finance for freedom. I found it actually through my real estate agent. I didn't know what I was looking for, so just by giving her just a few idea say it's my first time I'm new to this. We'll will beautify it of course like I said the wood throughout is gonna be stained we've already did electrically here, so we're making like a nice family room. I think it's just a standard rehab we are knocking down any walls or anything like that, blue kitchen, a new bath, of course; we're going to redo the basement, and a bedroom and a bath also downstairs, put any roof on so what I'll have all new appliances furnace I want to say anything anybody. I would think would want it anywhere else our floor plan for the kitchen was to do a you go all the way around with cabinets because originally they were just cabinets on this wall new hard money has helped me achieve my goals what helped me get started because I didn't know where even with this property I still wasn't sure I knew about it I didn't pull the trigger the agent kept asked me about it I was talking to friends about it I'll never forget my best friend he was like man just take a leap and that's where I'm at basically gave me the funding to make it happen I didn't have the capital I was looking the credit was fine but basically I presented my deal to do hard they went over it I got a call back and they were just as excited as I was I was kind of blown away it was like okay you're good let's go it was almost like too good to be true so yeah they they they've helped tremendously I'm probably had 150 to make about fifty-thousand this might be the way to go I mean it doesn't cost a lot out of pocket long as the deal is great they all financed you and you can go. I think the most important thing to try. I think that's where a lot of us fail it they were just afraid to try like I said out even I was hesitant at one point, where I was actually going to pass on it. It's going it's not perfect, it's gonna be some hurdles you're going to fall on your face but we fall on our faces anyways ......!! As kids so got to try.
