the pedro pascal discourse is so obviously a smear campaign (or rage-bait).
pedro pascal, an immigrant man from chile who is pro-palestine and vocal about trans and gay rights.
when a woman speaks up about harassment, many side with the man.
but when a woman is comfortable with her male co-star, it’s somehow his fault, as if a woman isn’t allowed to feel comfortable around men without there being an ulterior motive.
he has shown to be close with many of his co-stars, men (he’s kissed and been kissed by men!) and women included, and never have they not reciprocated, as can be seen with the recent promotion with vanessa and pedro.
why can’t people fathom that a man and a woman can be physically close while simply being friends?
why doesn’t he do this with bella ramsey?
if you had bothered to even look up ONE video, you’d see multiple instances of how close the two are.
people are trying so hard to paint pedro pascal as a bad guy, that they’re creating ai-generated videos of him harassing women.
seriously, what is wrong with you? and then you lot wonder why you can’t get any and then get mad at a guy for knowing how to treat a woman right.
get a life!

forwards beckon rebound ✩ toga and ochako
honestly, i couldn’t stop tearing up while editing this, ochako made toga feel like she had lived the life she’d wanted to, and ochako would’ve given toga blood for the rest of her life if it meant that she could save her but in the end, toga ended up being the one to willingly give ochako all of her blood and dying to save her

some life is strange fans who make the choice of sacrificing chloe at the end have such a holier than thou attitude, it’s crazy annoying.
hot take, sacrificing chloe is the player’s choice but it’s not max’s choice.
max is quite the morally grey character, and she’s no stranger to having disturbing, unfiltered thoughts, and making repeatedly questionable choices during the game.
many arguments can be made against sacrificing arcadia bay, including that it’s morally wrong and that max has relationships outside of chloe, but the entire game showcases how unique the two’s bond is and how no one else compares, and it shows how far max was willing to go to protect chloe, how much she was willing to sacrifice, how easily chloe forgave max after five years of no contact, how in before the storm, chloe’s journal was dedicated entirely to max, and how it was chloe that got max out of her nightmare sequence and got her to the light house in the end. instead of allowing fate to run its course, max continues to defy destiny to save her best friend over and over. even if not together physically, they are bound by something greater.
arcadia bay is a corrupt town with an even more corrupt school, and max grew up in the town with chloe by her side. that nostalgia, and arcadia bay itself, is tied to chloe in many ways and without her, arcadia bay wouldn’t be arcadia bay, but everywhere with chloe is home.
personally, the longer ending where you sacrifice chloe feels like a sort of finality, an end to the story, but the ending where arcadia bay is sacrificed feels like a new beginning, leaving the past behind (as they are leaving town) and starting over together.
i lost my train of thought, but even though there is no one right ending, humans are innately selfish beings in nature, and it’s completely plausible that max would sacrifice a town for her number one priority who she refused to let die, and i’m tired of pretending that she wouldn’t.

400 chapters in and uraraka is still being mischaracterized and reduced to a simple love interest by fans.
even when uraraka’s crying and clearly grieving over the villain SHE couldn’t save, fans somehow find a way to make it about deku and how this would be the perfect time for a confession to happen when the two haven’t had a proper conversation since the very start of the war, and completely disregarding how what they need now is comfort from a friend, especially since both deku and uraraka failed to save someone they swore to save.
i do think that it would be poor writing from horikoshi’s side if he were to make a confession happen in the next chapter. if anything, the next chapter should serve to bring the two closer over shared grief, in parallel to the chapter where they’re standing on the very same cliff, with a shared drive to stop the villains.
what many fans don’t understand is that even if izuocha were to become canon, that wouldn’t stop bakudeku and togachako fans from shipping them together, and it’s frankly stupid to even be thinking of that when the chapter was about URARAKA’s hurt, and URARAKA’s growth as a character, not proof that your favorite characters aren’t gay.
