the food will be there when you are worthy of recovering. you are so close. so close to being sick enough, so close to being satisfied, so you can show yourself you fucking did it. and then you can move on. just run this thing into the ground first, once and for all.
don’t lose any progress, don’t worry about trying to fit in foods that you feel like. it’s only a few months until all of them can be unrestricted, unlimited. the companies will still be making all those foods when it’s your time to enjoy them again.

upping my calorie limit (to 900kcal) for a bit
i’m scared bc i haven’t done this before and i’m worried i won’t lose weight, but i think this approach will help me not to binge.
i’m so disappointed in my 4 day binge but i realised i was just trying to catch up on all the foods i’ve been missing out on for so long.
if i’m able to incorporate them into my days, i think i will do better overall since i won’t have to ignore literally every craving i get.

doing extremely well & sticking exactly to my meal plan
so i can finally enjoy a planned high-cal day on the weekend with a food that i have literally been craving for 3 weeks now.
i have yet to have it because my accidental binges kept taking away my high cal days :(
if anyone was curious.. my craving is for a takeaway butter prawns Indian curry w rice & garlic naan hahah.
(it’s exactly like butter chicken except it’s prawns)
