On Earth, they were not just “the other criminals” to each other because they knew they were more than the so-called delinquents. In the middle of their own deathbed, amid the chaos and the bloodshed, they had found in themselves enough strength to call each other friends. And before they even noticed, they had become family and the dropship was their home. They were the only thing they had to cling to the idea of staying alive and struggling to survive because it was their sacrifice as a team that was creating sparks of hope and weapons to fight against any threat like the grounders. It was that bond that had been risen up among the criminals that gave them a chance to survive. Because the only way they would move forward was if they worked together, forgetting the disputtes that had divided them at the beginning, since now they were all they had. And not even the grounders could take that bond away. The kids that once were sent down to Earth to die were not kids anymore but they did not know who they were by their own. However, together, they were the hundred.
