Hey! It's March! The month Lorax 2012 released, and shortly after I made an askblog that changed my life (my guy was 72, based on the 1972 Once-ler)!

I met the love of my life @swelloctober31, some of my best friends, and had some awesome adventures because of that fandom.

Happy 13th Anniversary Lorax Fandom.

Okay, head cannon time. For me, the reason why Greed-ler was alone at the end of The Lorax was because Once-ler died sometime within the first ten years after the Lorax left.

Once-ler was the one that went outside everyday to try and help the seed grow. He would sit out there, surrounded by the toxic fumes for hours until he grew faint or Greed-ler asked him to come inside.

Of course during this period, Greed-ler was withdrawn and didn’t do much except sit by the window and watch Once-ler try in vain to fix the problem he caused. He felt that Once-ler now despised him for making the Lorax leave and didn’t want anything to do with him. So he tried his best to keep his distance-

Even when Once-ler’s health started to diminish.
