Idk how I’ve never considered this before, but hey, do you wanna learn more about your character(s)? Take personality tests for them

Find out their MBTI personality type! Their love language! Their career aptitudes! The qualities they should look for in a partner! Which classic breakfast food they are!

My dnd group has been doing this for the past couple nights and sharing results with each other and it’s so good. Taking the tests helps you get into your character’s headspace, and sometimes your answers to the individual questions are even more enlightening than the actual test results—they bring up situations and choices that you might not have considered for your character before. I’ve been working on my current pc for a few months now and I still learned so much about them (they’re a muffin, btw)

Anyways I’m definitely doing this for more characters in the future, 10/10 would recommend, go find out which Jonas Brother your dnd pc should date

The thing with Yennefers storyline is that yes, there are some people who do not want their disabilities and would do anything to be rid of them. I am financially stable and fortunate enough where my disability does not affect me as it may others, so I am able to work and go to school without problem. Where the issue comes in is that this is often the only portrayal of disabled ppl in media, is that they want some magical cure and are unable to live with their disability.

yeah, i mean, that's definitely part of it. there's also a lack of disabled actors, writers, directors, producers etc to tell a varied range of stories featuring disabled people. also, in a fantasy setting, you could build in magic accessibility that would make disabled people's lives easier so that you wouldn't even need to touch on magical cures, but so few fantasy settings go that direction and it's frustrating.

I made emojis of my dnd group’s characters to use in our discord chat but primarily to make our dm cry @keplercryptids 😜
