My first ever DND session is tomorrow OOUGHHH I'm nervous but excited!!

I'm playing as a "human" ranger (put in quotes bc my character isn't actually human but is just masquerading as one), if you guys have any tips on what to do in a first session please let me know I'm going into this pretty much blind lol

It'll be a relatively short session (like 3 hours tops) and I honestly do not know what to expect so. Any advice is appreciated 🙏

WOOOOO I finally finished creating D&D character sheets for Habashira and Hiruma! My head hurts.

I've made a drive folder, and they should be editable PDFs, so you can add backgrounds, edit their inventory, or change some spells/other info!

Also, the reason Hiruma has his own folder and like THREE different sheets is because I didn't know which artificer subclass fit him better so I said fuck it lets do both + one without the subclass...

Anyways, I'm totally down to making more for other Eyeshield 21 characters, so I'm open to suggestions! Honestly, I kind of want to do Sena next lol... just gimme whatever D&D race/class you think they'd be and I'll get straight to work!

(Also I recommend looking at dnd5ewikidot if you don't know anything so you can get a better understanding at some stuff, like their class fts and such)

I told myself i wasn't going to redo any of my reference sheets before artfight this year, guess what I did lmaooo

a concept for ref sheets i want to start doing! basically, there's a book in canon written by this guy named harlowe daunt that has a lot of super important worldbuilding and lore that he and his wife studied across thousands of years. i thought it would be silly to make ref sheets that are in-character (but non-canon!), acting as if they are part of the book he wrote with the context that he "interviewed" them. his wife is the editor and adds her own little notes :) i thought it was fun adn silly and cute and i think i'll have a lot of fun making them. and maybe they'll create a little bit of intrigue? perhaps? we shall see!

the character pictured belongs to @bluerainst0rm! i dressed her in one of my character's outfits and used her sketch as an exmaple :) none of the info on the pages itself are related to her lol they're from a random assortment of characters, since this is an example and a reference for me specifically

Something that I think would be so fun would be making character themed bracelets with your dnd group and cooking/baking in character, that was you would be able to flesh out and understand your character better if that makes sense? I've also always wanted to cosplay as my dnd character, but unfortunately the only long term dnd thing I did I played as a Dwarven monk, and I was not short, nor muscled, nor had a long enough beard to portray Ebrus correctly 💔
