15. Have you ever made a moodboard for them?

Yes! I tried making some... I made these recently to try new pinterest feature with collaging. I have a whole pinterest board with aesthetic pictures related to my OC's style and vibe. So, yeah i'm pretty passionate about that.

Also i have these made with psd template. And their quotes from story. But for some reason i still haven't published them. I don't like how they're turned out :(

(Anyway they're also perfectly fit to question 14 from this ask :D)

16. Is there any memes or running jokes associated with the character, both in- and out of universe?

I'd love to share but most of them are on russian and have some puns not everyone will understand.

18. Does the character have other characters connected to them? Do you have a family tree and "offscreen" connections made up for them or do they exist in a vacuum purely for the purpose of the story?

In general i try to figure out some connections between all OC's (outside stories) to show their characters bc not all of them communicate well and it's fine. For example Tatyana doesn't like Francine. She just can't stand her being too dramatic and melancholic but hey her life situation is kinda suck...

As for Deep End i figured out some scheme connections

It's pretty easy and involve not too many characters. But Deep End focuses not only on them, hehe.

Manipulating sectional objects - counters

I wanted to make a guide on how to manipulate section objects and utilize certain parts in the furnishing process.

Part 1 will be dedicated to kitchen counters. Part 2 will cover sectional seats.

First of, what are sectional objects? Sectional objects are the objects that snap to one another and change shape depending on their position. Unlike CC, you cannot simply “choose” to put a corner-shaped counter in your room with EA objects, you actually have to have a 3-piece counter formation to have a corner.

Hopefully this tutorial will show you that with a bit of fiddling you can choose the parts you want.

Before we begin, I’d like to explain how to delete stuff manually. You’d need to use “TestingCheatsEnabled On” cheat (Shift+Ctrl+C to open cheat window). If you’re in Live Mode, Shift+click it, then “Object…”->“Delete It”. If you’re in Buy/Build Mode, you’ll have Shift+Ctrl+click it, then “Delete It”.

Things to remember:

Picking up a manipulated sectional part will force it to revert to the original object

Brushing the manipulated sectional part with any similar sectional object will force it to revert to the original, because they will try to snap to one another. (be wary of moving things like stoves near counters because stoves snap to counters like other counters)

Unlike the hammer tool, you cannot “undo” the manual deleting of something via shift+clicking the object, so delete stuff carefully.

Manual deletion of an object will not reimburse you the value of the object. Let’s say you have a 300 simoleon plant, and you hammer it away. Upon hammering it, you’ll receive 300 simoleons. If you shift+click delete the plant, you will not receive the 300 simoleons.

Let’s get cracking! You will most likely want to use “MoveObjects On” cheat too.

Kitchen counters normally have only 2 sectional parts - the corner piece and the top only piece.

Functional Boards! (Masterlist)

I built a community centre to have sims meet and hang out, but most importantly, to get information of events around the town. There are some good noticeboards from mods that do exactly that, so I'll be placing them on the walls of my centre! I'll also be placing them on other lots too!

@phoebejaysims says there should be a list of functional boards as there are quite a few, so here it is! 😄 I've included their scripts too, so if you decide to use other custom decor boards, you can switch out their scripts with these ones using S3pe or Transmogrifier :) (You can place these notices anywhere you want, even at the sims homes, I just list where I place mine for some ideas. 😊)

If there are no open schedulers in the same room but there are open schedulers on the lot, the schedules for all clubs on the lot will pop up on the screen.
