Hi fellow Cyn!! I want to share some substitutions if you're looking for them.

Visors: make candy glass! It's not actual glass sadly, but it should be suitable.

Oil: you said you use chocolate milk, but for me, that doesn't hit quite the same. The oil was warm as it was being circulated like blood. So, make some hot chocolate with lots of marshmallows that melt in, making it thicker. Then, add some form of nut flavoring and caramel drizzle. It's not quite the same, but it does have VERY similar tastes and texture to me.

Metal plates: if you're looking for the flavor, go with a spinach and pine nut salad. If you're looking for similar texture, I'd go with dried jerky.

Cores: a medium-well steak cooked in olive oil is your best bet.
