This is an alternate to the post party scene lol
Amaryllis loves making clothes and doesn't really understand flirting, unfortunately for Astarion

Title: EctoCooking
Prompt: Cooking with Ectoplasm: Do’s and Don'ts
Prompter: @finwe77
Word Count: 1,852
You can read it on AO3 or down below the cut!
Danny was annoyed.
He had a problem, he knew the cause, he just didn't have a way to fix it.
Frostbite told him during a check-up, that Jazz insisted he get, that he was missing a key ghostly nutrient.
It could only be found in pure ectoplasm.
Luckily ghost food was a thing and it was loaded with the stuff.
Frostbite threw an amazing feast to make sure Danny got his fill and sent him home with leftovers.
Unfortunately, the ghost food wasn't very stable outside of the zone so it liquified before he was able to even find a place in his room to store it.
It looked disgusting and smelled even worse.
So he was back to square one.
It was nice that at least he knew why he had been stuck with a nagging never ending hunger ever since the accident.
Of course, he could have known sooner if he had mentioned it at any point before now. The only reason he did find out something was up was because when he mentioned the hunger he was dealing with, his friends thought he was just talking about typical teenage hunger stuff. Then again, so did he.
Turns out the whole ‘teenage boys have bottomless pits for stomachs’ is a bit exaggerated. You are supposed to be able to feel full at some point and he was very much not.
Which is how he learned he was dealing with an actual problem.
Which, of course, then led to the Jazz forced Doctor visit.
Then again, maybe waiting and not getting any answers to his problem was a good thing? If he had tried to figure it out sooner, he might not have known Frostbite yet.
He did consider the already contaminated hot dogs, but they were alive? That seemed maybe borderline cannibalism or at least super rude.
It took Danny about a week to realize that maybe all hope wasn't lost. He wasn't the only half ghost in the world, which meant he wasn't the only one who had this problem.
Unfortunately, that meant he had to talk to Vlad.
Ugh.
Danny was not looking forward to that in the slightest.
He waited until the weekend and let his friends and sister know his plan before he took off for Vlad’s big dumb castle.
Usually Danny would just go straight through every wall of floor until he found the cheesehead, but he decided to be nice and actually knock on the front door.
It took a few minutes but eventually Vlad answer the door.
“Why are you here?”
“Well hello to you too.” Danny joked, “Can I come in?”
“Why are you asking?”
Danny shrugged and took that as an invitation. He walked right through Vlad and turned in the entryway to face him again.
Vlad looked annoyed about being walked through but he didn’t yell or anything so Danny figured that was a good sign to keep going.
“I was hoping you could help me with something.”
“Why me?”
“You’re my wonderful pseudo uncle who would love to make sure I stay happy and healthy?”
Vlad raised an eyebrow and looked distinctly unimpressed.
Perhaps he laid it on a little too thick. Maybe honesty would work better.
“It’s a ghost problem. A ghost friend of mine tried to help but that didn’t work. I figured you would have to have a better solution with your 20 plus years experience and all that.”
“Ah, so I was your last resort then?”
“I wouldn’t say ‘last resort’.”
“What would you call it then?”
“Only other option?” Danny said while giving Vlad the biggest puppy dog eyes to soften the blow.
“Wow, I feel so loved and appreciated.” Vlad dead panned.
“Aw come on! You get to teach me something! Didn’t you always want to teach me ghost stuff? I know you do!”
Vlad rolled his eyes with an overly drawn out sigh, “what is your ghost problem, Daniel?”
“You’ll help!”
“I didn’t say that.”
“If I tell you will you help me?”
“Just tell me so I can see if it’s worth my time.”
That was good enough for Danny.
“Okay, so long story short. I need to have more ghost vitamins or whatever and while they are easy to get in ghost food, it’s impossible to eat ghost food outside of the zone.”
“Well of course it’s impossible, there isn’t enough ambient ectoplasm to stabilize it.”
“Yeah, so what do you do then?” Danny asked, “You can’t be hopping in and out of the Zone for a quick snack all the time.”
“No, that would be ridiculous.”
“So what do you do instead?” Danny asked again.
“It took a little experimenting but I found a way to add pure samples of ectoplasm into my diet via my nightly glass of wine. It really brings out the best flavors of the wine and doesn't have any aftertaste.”
“Cool.” Danny dead panned, “you do know that I’m still a teenager and the legal drinking age is 21, right?”
“I knew that,” Vlad muttered.
“Please tell me you have alternatives.”
Vlad bit his lip and looked away.
“Seriously?!”
“I found something that worked and I stuck with it! Why would I keep looking?”
“Well that’s just great. Now what am I gonna do.”
“Just because I stopped looking for an alternative before, doesn't me we can’t figure one out now.”
“Wait, you’re gonna help?”
“Yes Daniel. I’ll help. Besides, you do have a point that having only one source is a bit shortsighted.”
Danny smiled feeling extra proud that he might have out-smarted Vlad. At least a little bit.
“Come now. I’ve got a fresh sample in the lab that we can use.”
Danny floated after Vlad and once they had the sample they made their way into the kitchen.
“Okay so I know for sure that mixing ecto with meat is a terrible idea so please don’t do that.” Danny said as he watched Vlad gather different kitchen gadgets and utensils.
“I wasn’t going to but I’m afraid to ask why do you already know that?”
“My parents.”
“Your parents experimented with food?”
“Not on purpose. They just put the samples in the fridge. Not sure if it spilled or was just too close. It’s happened a few times.”
Vlad looked into the middle distance as the horror of what Danny was telling him slowly sank in.
“Anyway, what were you gonna do?” Danny said hoping to pull Vlad back from his thousand yard stare.
“You know if it gets unsafe at your home, you’re welcome to stay here.”
“I’m fine, Vlad.”
“You’re house is a death trap!”
“It’s been that way for years.”
“That’s worse!”
“Vlad please can we get back to the food.”
“I really don’t like knowing that your parents are so lax with their lab safety.”
“Are you really that surprised? You went to school with them.”
Vlad winced at the thought of the college years and shook his head. “Well the offer still stands regardless.”
Danny sighed but it did feel a little nice to know that even though Vlad was a jerk, he wasn’t completely evil. “I’ll keep that in mind.”
That seemed to satisfy Vlad and he went back into gather things.
Eventually the counter was lined with all sorts of kitchen stuff and Danny had no idea what most of it did.
Despite how much he liked to eat, he really didn’t know his way around the kitchen.
“It’s been many years since I did my experiments, but I do remember that ectoplasm will curdle milk and any dairy products it comes in contact with, so we’ll just skip those entirely.”
“Why was milk the first thing you thought to use?”
“I live in Wisconsin, Daniel. Dairy Capital of the World? Of course I had to try it.”
Danny snorted, “You’re such a nerd.”
“Well do you have any brilliant ideas?”
“If it works in the wine would it work in like, fruit juice?”
“That’s actually a pretty good idea.” Vlad said slowly as he considered Danny’s suggestion.
Danny beamed and opened Vlad’s fridge to see what he had.
Turns out there was only orange juice in Vlad’s fridge. “You don’t got any Juicey juice?”
“No Daniel, I’m 40.”
Danny grabbed the boring orange juice with a scoff, “just because the name is cute doesn't mean it’s for kids.”
“Sure it doesn't.”
Danny poured the juice into a large glass and handed it to Vlad.
Vlad took the glass carefully and set it on the counter, “I suppose I could pick some up if you plan on coming over more.”
“I like strawberry kiwi.” Danny muttered.
Vlad just smirked as he carefully poured in a small amount of ectoplasm into the glass.
The juice mixture fizzed slightly and then turned pink.
The two just stared at the glass for a moment.
Neither one expected that reaction.
“I’m gonna drink it.” Danny said before he picked up the glass and took a large gulp.
“Daniel wait!” Vlad protested too little too late.
Once he got past the foam layer, which was surprisingly very sweet. He was hit with an intense wave of sour.
He carefully set the glass back on the counter as he forced himself to swallow the drink.
“How was it?”
“The foam was sweet kind of like if cotton candy and peeps had a really fluffy baby. The liquid was somehow more sour than a lemon and extra sour candy combined.” Danny thought for a moment and added, “I’d give it like a six out of ten. It’s not the worst drink I’ve ever had. It’s not great either.”
“I’m afraid to know what the worst drink you had was.”
“It was pretty bad. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.”
“I think I have some apple juice in the pantry.”
“Oh yeah?”
“Shall we see what happens?”
“Heck yeah!” Danny agreed before taking another big gulp of the the ecto-orange juice.
“I thought you didn’t like that drink?”
“Eh, I just like the foam.”
Vlad just shook his head and lead the way to the pantry.
“What if we just scooped all the foam out and that was my extra little ecto-treat?”
“Then what would you do with the rest of the mixture?”
“I don’t know.”
“Well it would be rather wasteful to pitch it.”
Vlad grabbed the apple juice and Danny snatched a bag of chips.
“Can I eat these?” Danny asked just before he reached into the bag and took a handful.
“Knock yourself out.”
Danny watched as Vlad poured a portion of Apple juice and ectoplasm into a new glass.
This time the drink turned an electric shade of blue and tasted like it too.
Danny then scooped a spoonful of the former orange juice foam into a glass with the blue apple juice just to see how it would taste together.
Vlad was diligently taking notes on what they did and how Danny described how things tasted. It made it feel much more official, but it was still fun.
Maybe coming to Vlad’s wasn’t the worst idea after all.

Title: Witness
Prompt: Someone finds the lab security footage from the day of the accident
Prompter: @kinglazrus
Word Count: 1,831
You can read it on AO3 or down below the cut!
The camera was set in the upper corner of the far wall so it could see who came in and out of the lab along most of the lab.
The Fenton's hadn't purchased or made any way for the camera to move from its perch so the view was always steady.
The camera wasn't so much a security feature as it was another way for the scientists to keep track of their work.
As such, it wasn’t on 24/7, it was only activated when Maddie Fenton turned it on as part of her daily work tasks.
When Danny had his Accident, the camera was the last thing on anyone's mind.
Even if they had thought about it, they would have assumed it was off during the incident as the parents hadn't been in the lab for several days.
This was the wrong assumption.
In fact, the camera had been on since the grand reveal of the portal. Quickly forgotten with the overwhelming disappointment of the initial portal’s failure.
So the camera kept on watching. Kept recording.
Ever vigilant.
Ever since.
It's not until several months later that anyone realized that was true.
===========================================
Maddie entered the lab and went to turn on the camera before they started their newest project. It was a big one and she wanted to make sure the entire process was recorded.
Only when she went to turn it on, she found it already was.
“That’s odd.” She said to herself.
“What’s odd, Mads?” Her husband asked from the work bench.
“It’s just the camera is already on. Do you remember when we last used this?”
“Uh,” Jack hesitated, “Not sure. It's been awhile I think.”
“We used it for something after we finished the portal right?” Maddie asked despite the sinking feeling in her chest.
Jack thought for a moment, “honestly I can't recall.”
“I can't think of anything either.”
“You don't think it's been on that whole time do you?”
“I don't know.” Maddie said with a frown.
She did not like not knowing.
“Only one way to find out!” Jack said with a grin as he walked over to the computer.
She smiled and followed him. She was so glad he was here for this. His optimism was always refreshing.
They each pulled up a chair and took a seat.
Jack took the mouse and wiggled it around but looked a tad lost. “Where do we keep the files on this thing again?”
“May I?” Maddie asked with her hand hovering over Jack’s.
He gladly scooted his rolling chair to the side and she slid into place. A few clicks later and she had the video files ready to go.
There were a lot of files.
Which, she supposed, was better than one huge multi-day long one, but it was still a little overwhelming.
She scrolled through the files and watched as the dates went backwards in time closer and closer to the day they revealed the portal.
There it was.
The day they did it. The day they failed.
And every video after, showing everything else they’d worked on until today.
“This is so much footage.”
“Should we keep it all?”
“We can’t just delete it. Not without making sure there isn’t something useful first.”
“But Mads, this would take forever to watch.” Jack already sounded bored at the idea of just sitting and waiting for something to happen.
“Well we don’t have to do it all right now.” Maddie went to close the program but hesitated when she heard the basement door open.
“I’m home!” Danny called down the stairs.
“Hi sweetie! Is Jazz tutoring today?”
“Yeah, think so.”
“Okay, see you at dinner.”
“Don’t forget your homework!” Jack added helpfully.
“I will. Or I mean, I won’t forget, but I’ll do it.” Danny said before closing the door and leaving them to their work.
The door clicked shut and inspiration stuck.
“We never checked! We had the answer right here and we never even looked? Jack, do you know what this means?”
Her husband stared at her for a second looking completely lost. “No?”
“Remember Danny was the one that got the portal to work. We tried to ask him, but he’s just a kid. He didn’t know what he was doing so of course he couldn’t explain it.”
“But we can just watch how he did!” Jack said as he caught on to what she was talking about and grabbing a nearby notepad and pen.
Exactly!” she said clicking the first video after their failure.
===========================================
The first several minutes of footage was of an empty lab and a non-functioning portal.
Maddie skipped ahead until she saw her son walk into frame, but then went back a bit to catch what he was saying before he walked into view.
“So here’s the lab.” Danny introduced as he came down the stairs, “try not to touch anything, okay?”
He hopped down from the second to last step, stumbled a bit, but then righted himself before he actually fell.
“Smooth landing.” Tucker joked as he entered the lab behind him.
Danny stuck his tongue out at his friend. “I didn’t fall though so it still counts.”
“Amateurs.” Sam scoffed before jumping from the third to last step and landing flawlessly.
“See, that’s a landing.”
“I don’t come down here that often.” Danny complained.
“And I’ve literally never been here.” Sam countered.
“Oh yeah.”
“Plus I’m wearing combat boots, so that up’s the difficulty.” She preened.
“She’s got a point man.”
“Who’s side are you on?” Danny wined.
“The correct one, obviously.” Sam teased.
Tucker simply shrugged, “I call it like I see it.”
Danny sighed dramatically and rolled his eyes, “Anyway! Here’s the lab where my parents make their stuff.”
The teens looked around in awe.
“So does any of this stuff work?” Sam asked as she picked up a half assembled circuit board.
“Well most of this stuff is supposed to only work on ghosts so it's not gonna do anything unless a ghost shows up.” Danny said as he rubbed the back of his neck.
“So what’s in that room?”
“That’s not a room, that's the portal.”
“That’s the portal?!”
“It's huge!”
Both Sam and Tucker started to walk towards the portal and it looked like they were about to step inside before Danny stopped them.
“Wait! You can't go in there!”
The pair stopped.
“Why not?” Sam asked.
“Yeah, you said it didn't work.”
“Well yeah, but it's still a big machine. You got to wear protection.”
“That’s what she said.” Tucker joked automatically.
Both Sam and Danny rolled their eyes and sighed.
“Hey man, you can't say something like that and not expect it.”
“You're disgusting.” Sam scoffed in annoyance.
“It's just a joke, lighten up.”
“Don't tell me to lighten up!”
“Guys!” Danny interrupted before they really went at it.
“Well if we can't go in, you should.” Sam said.
“Me?”
“Unless you got enough suits for all of us?”
Danny hesitated before heading over to the storage closet where the spare jumpsuits were kept.
The trio all started trying to see if anyone could fit into the suits. They laughed when they realized all three of them could fit into Jack’s spare.
“Wait, what's this white one?” Tucker asked pulling out the smallest jumpsuit.
“Oh, that's mine.”
“You had one the whole time?” Sam asked incredulously.
“I forgot.”
“Well better suit up.” Sam said, taking the suit from Tucker and shoving it at Danny.
“You sure you don't wanna wear it? I don’t mind.”
“No, no, it's your suit I insist. Besides, I have to take pictures.” she said before she pulled her camera out of her bag.
Danny looked into the portal for a moment before giving a quick decisive nod. “ Alright, but only a few pictures and you can't show anyone else okay?”
“My lips are sealed,” she mimed zipping her lips shut.
Danny took the jumpsuit and went into the laundry room to change.
Once he was back his friends took a bunch of pictures of different parts of lab, most of the portal and it’s controls. Several pictures had Danny posing with exaggerated gestures.
Then he stood in front of the portal.
“Well go on! Get closer.” Sam urged.
“Yeah, you got the suit on, might as well go in.” Tucker added.
Danny slowly walked into the portal.
“It’s really dark in here,” he commented as he gently placed his left hand against the wall to keep himself steady.
He took a few more steps inside, he was about half way into the machine when he stopped dead.
There was a blinding white flash that washed out the entire room.
A crash like thunder followed by a terrible gut wrenching scream.
The portal filled with the familiar toxic green of ectoplasm and everything went quiet.
The two teens left in the room stood frozen in front of the now active portal.
Sam took a hesitant step forward, “Danny?”
A gloved hand slowly appeared reaching out of the portal followed by an arm and then the rest of the person.
It was hard to see them with the way the portal’s light was so much brighter than everything else. It wasn’t easy to make out details on who exactly was walking out of the portal.
Sam rushed forward, “Danny!”
The boy from the portal stumbled and Sam tried to catch him.
She would have been successful if she hadn't been trying to catch a ghost.
Tucker came a little closer but kept his distance. “Are you sure that's Danny?”
“Who else would it be?”
The ghost, who might be Danny, sat up with a groan, “what happened?”
He looked to the portal and jumped, literally by a few inches, into the air.
“It’s on! I did it?” He spun around to face the two with a confused smile.
“That’s not all you did, man.” Tucker said a with wince.
Sam elbowed him.
The ghost tilted his head in confusion, seemingly unaware that it was floating.
Sam sighed with resignation, “you might want to look in a mirror.”
The ghost walked, despite his feet not even touching the ground, to the nearest mirror. Inside the door of the jumpsuit storage was a mirror.
The ghost was horrified by what it saw.
In denial.
It claimed it couldn’t be a ghost.
But not because it didn’t believed it had died.
“I can’t be a ghost, my parents will kill me!”
Sam and Tucker tried their best to calm the ghost down.
“Just close your eyes and breathe.”
After a moment of clam, they were all surprised when the ghost was enveloped by a bright flash of light.
When it faded Danny Fenton was standing where the ghost had just been.
After a brief moment of joy, he promptly passed out.
The video ends.
===========================================
Jack and Maddie stare at the screen in silence.
They finally knew just how much it cost to get their life’s work operational.

Title: I’ll Eat You Up I Love You So
Prompt: Danny is consumed by a much more powerful ghost.
Prompter: @astatia-ghast
Word Count: 770
You can read it on AO3 or down below the cut!
Frostbite was walking the outer fields when a small ghost crashed down in a streak of green not too far from where he was.
He picked up his pace to see if the ghost was injured in the fall and to see how lost they were.
Not many travel this far, to a place this harsh, on purpose.
He peered over the edge of the crater and was thankful he had a strong stomach.
The snow was splattered in a thick layer of green with a quivering crumbled ghost in the center.
It took a moment for Frostbite to recognize the poor ghost through all the mess of ectoplasm.
“Great One!”
He looked up as best he could with the huge gash above his left eye bleeding down his face.
“Frostbite?”
“Yes Great One, I'm here.”
“I flew as fast as I could.” He looked around slowly, “maybe too fast.”
The slowness of his movements made Frostbite wonder if he possibly had a concussion along with his other injuries.
“It’s alright. Just be still and let me get a good look, okay?” Frostbite said as he gather a small amount of clean powdered snow.
The Great One relaxed and Frostbite carefully used the soft snow to wipe away as much ectoplasm as he could.
He hoped it looked worse than it was. Sometimes wounds bleed more than they needed too.
Maybe a few stitches and the Great One would be as good as new.
The more he saw the worse it got.
There were so many deep cuts, the bleeding wasn't slowing fast enough, and if the concussion wasn't bad enough, he was pretty sure the Great One had several broken bones.
It was bad.
So bad he knew it wasn’t safe to move him alone.
Bad enough that there wasn't time to get help.
Frostbite never thought he’d ever see the Great One look so weak.
“Great One?” Frostbite conjured a small patch of ice to cover the wound on his forehead, “You trust me don't you?”
“Yeah, course.” He slightly slurred, “it's why I'm here.”
“Good, good. Close your eyes and I'll take you somewhere safe.”
He relaxed into the snow as if it was his own bed.
If Frostbite ignored all the injuries and mess, his hero looked more like a child than ever before.
There was no way he could let him stay injured like this any longer.
Frostbite looked around just to make sure he was truly alone.
There was only one way Frostbite could save him now, but he hadn’t done this in a very long time or in such dire conditions.
Normally there was a long process of checks and information sharing so that everyone involved knew what was going to happen.
He didn't have that luxury now.
He needed to act quickly if this was going to work.
He just has to hope that the Great One would understand.
That his companions would too.
Frostbite lowered himself so his chest was nearly resting in the snow. He carefully slid his ice arm under the Great One's body and just barely lifted him off the ground as evenly as possible so as to not injure him further.
He brought the Great One closer and then opened his mouth as wide as it could go. His jaw creaked like glaciers as he opened to its absolute limit.
Then he simply slid the Great One in whole.
Frostbite snapped his jaws shut and sat back on his haunches as he waited for the Great One to compress and settle inside.
While the Great One was rather small for his greatness, he was gangly and a bit too large for the space he was currently residing.
While Frostbite wouldn't call this a pleasant experience, it wasn’t painful either.
He was hyper aware of his chest and his internal passenger.
He could feel as the Great One's limbs curled inward and receded into nothingness.
The rest of the Great One's body followed suit until all that was left was his tiny little core.
Once everything had settled, it was replaced with a pleasant chill next to his own core.
Frostbite sighed in relief and placed a hand on his chest, right over where the Great One currently rested.
“Take as much time as you need, Great One. I'll keep you safe.”
Now that he was confident that the Great One was no longer in danger, Frostbite started his trek back home.
Despite the circumstances, he had a feeling his people would be thrilled by the news.
It wasn't often they got a new member of their clan.

Title: EctoBath
Word Count: 711
Prompt: Jack or Maddie walk in on Danny taking a bath in ectoplasm.
Prompter: @phantomphangphucker
You can read it on AO3 or down below the cut!
Danny entered the basement with the intent of just emptying the thermos before working on some homework.
He was distracted when he noticed the vat.
He wasn’t sure he’d ever figure out how his parents were able to build such large things in such short amounts of time. He was just here yesterday and it was not there.
He stared at the vat a few seconds longer but decided to empty the thermos and then investigate.
Once that was done he returned his attention to the vat.
He vaguely remembered his parents talking about some new project that used a special type of ectoplasm at dinner last night, but he stopped paying attention when he realized it was just a research thing and not a weapon.
Also he had been super hungry since he had missed lunch due to a ghost fight.
The only clue he had was that on the vat was a label that read “Experiment 257”.
He wondered if that number was right, but his parents did seem to make something new at least once a week, if not more, so he supposed they could be nearing 300.
He leaned a little closer to the vat and peered over the edge.
The first thing he noticed was that the color wasn’t quite as vibrant as he was used to seeing from ectoplasm. This batch also had a pleasant scent that he couldn’t quite place.
He had absolutely no idea what his parents could have done to make it like, but that but didn’t seem to be a bad thing.
Danny reached his hand onto the vat out of curiosity. If it looked and smelled differently, maybe it felt different too.
The texture was rather pleasant. Less slimy than normal ectoplasm and it reminded him of a nice warm bath.
Although it wasn't warm or purely liquid, so it was more like it had the vibes of a bath.
He was glad there was no one around he had to try and explain this to.
The next thing he knew he was chin deep in the vat, blissed out on the altered ectoplasm.
He didn't remember climbing in but he was so comfortable he didn't particularly care.
Or at least he didn't until his parents were suddenly in the basement too.
“Don’t worry Danny! I’ll save you!” His dad said before he scooped him out. He was dangled over the vat for a few seconds so the excess dripped off and it made him feel like a naughty kitten.
“Oh you poor thing.” His mom said as she came over to check on him after he got set back on the ground, “Did you see the ghost that dropped you in there?”
“No, it happened pretty fast.” Which wasn’t technically a lie. He didn’t see himself jump into the vat after all.
“Well let’s get you cleaned up,” his mom said as she started to guide him towards the safety shower.
“Make sure to put your clothes in the hazard bin.” she added.
“Aw, what?!”
“You know the rules, no ectoplasm in the washing machine. Not after last time.” His mom chided, “Do you want me to get you something to change into?”
“I'll be fine.”
“Alright then.” She turned to Jack, “I think we should get a lid for that vat so this doesn't happen again.”
“Good idea Mads! I think there's a good piece of scrap in the shed that should fit!”
His parents went back the way they came and finally left Danny to his own devices.
He stood over the drain and focused his intangibility to drop all the ectoplasm, leaving him spotless.
He walked over to one of the cupboards and found a small container with a lid.
He got himself a generous scoop of the ectoplasm and sealed the lid. “I'm sure they won't miss a little bit.”
He turned invisible and flew back up to his room so he could change.
He tossed his clothes in the back of his closet and figured he could wear them again in about a week when his parents would have promptly forgotten which outfit he had gotten covered in ectoplasm.
His sample was carefully tucked into the drawer of his bedside table.
Just in case.
