Recent things I've made
I have a lot of trouble actually making myself make stuff. Especially drawing. But I knit and crochet a lot. I finished the ink drawing on Feb 7th and finished the knitted bag Feb 21st.
The bag was designed by Pierrot Yarns on Ravelry, but the pattern has been discontinued. And as you can see, I've started a second bag of the same pattern.
Gloves were designed by marianna mel on Ravelry and are "Bonnie Cabled Hand warmers"

How it started
How it's going
The hummingbirds are the first counted cross stitch I ever finished. I dropped it because I thought I messed up (I did, used the wrong colors on the second low hanging flower so I improvised). The peacock is something I bought back in June and is currently the biggest I've ever worked on. Still not finished yet but it's taking a while.

I've been using my water colors recently, which is something I usually don't do. I've never been that good at it, but I was proud of these at least. They were pretty much practice. I guess what mainly inspired me is because I watch Scott Christian Sava a lot on Youtube. Check him out, he's really great to listen to.

A Crimson Wish
Love is like fire
Burning ever so bright
Yet tend to it carelessly
And it’ll burn everything in sight
She once loved a man
He loved her so in return
They’d sing and dance in their free time
Their passion could not be overturned
She had been accepted to study abroad
A timepiece was gifted, to track her time away
She promised to return
A promised reunion to be
But fate is a cruel mistress
As his love was safe away at school
Cataclysm struck, and monsters began their attack
Rostam, an ever-loyal knight, slain by the darkness
In his dying breath, he thanked the winds
Thanking them that his love was safe away at school
Rosalyne returned, met with a tragedy unwitnessed
Oh how her tears burned her cheeks as she wept
They burned and burned, but did not stop
Her love was gone, a promise unkept
Despair consumed her flame
In her plight, she cursed the world
Vowing to cleanse its crookedness
Her self-sacrificial quest began
Her rage took hold, flame became her blood
Abandoning her mortal body to become a living fire
It scorched her face, burned her hands
But she kept burning her path into the land
She would not harm humans
Only the monsters and demons in her way
Yet her rage became feared by many
No one dared to look her way
Crimson Witch of Flame began her reign
But her fire could not sustain her for long
Her flame began to burn inside her chest
She refused to stop, her life slowly fading
But someone saw use in her fire and planned to be an aid.
“Any longer and you’ll burn out,” said a man
A hand he extended in welcome, introducing himself as Pierro
A promise to suppress her flames he made
A trade for her aid, for a chance against the “divine”
She agreed to the terms, her flames became suppressed
Fire replaced with ice, cooling her body of its heat
Pierro bestowed upon her a Cryo Delusion
To save her body before the rest could burn
The deal was set, Pierro whisked her away from her home
To the cold and ice-covered realm of Snezhnaya
An audience with the Tsaritsa, to put her on full display
To see if she would be of use to their cause, or if she was easily swayed
The Goddess, though cold as she may be, took pity on the burned woman
Her heart had been wounded, a wound the Archon felt all the same
She rested her hand on Rosalyne’s cheek, apologizing for her lose
She felt the pain in her eyes and understood the world had been unjust
She asked one thing of her and asked it to be:
“Would you burn away the old world, for me?”
Rosalyne-Kruzchka Lohnfalter, once a girl from Mondstadt
Who loved to sing and dance, and loved so freely
Now was cold and arrogant, not a trace of her kindness left
Abandoned her past, and all that she once was
Turning her heart to solid ice, she took the alias “La Signora”, a Fair Lady to be.
And kept her oath to burn away the world, now at the behest of her majesty.

Had an assignment for Art in World Culture (I hate this class already) where I had to do something about Emphasis. I was watching a tutorial at the time (since I have no idea how to draw poppy flowers), I like how it turned out.
This is the video I was watching. And... I had to work around the fact I don’t have a calligraphy brush in CSP. But I think I got pretty close.

I had a figure drawing assignment, and I decided to make it hard on myself like I always do by referencing a picture of a ballerina. I’ve never really drawn people before, so this was my first attempt in at least 7 years. Of course, with charcoal. I didn’t bother with fine details simply because I’m not skilled enough at drawing people.
