My loyal backpack never leaves my side for a reason. I've always liked to be prepared. Never leaving home without my e-reader or powerbank and switching to a backpack instead of a purse has made a huge difference for my back! This has the surplus that I have more then enough room for a reusable shopping bag from @sassandbelle and little grocerie bags from ahtable. They've saved me a lot of plastic ever since I got them and I love both of them! Today I would like to share my #suncatcher. I bought it back when I wasn't thinking about the #environment yet. But if I would discover the existence of them today (by reading about #rainbowcrystals in #thesecretcircle ), buying It would be my #guiltypleasure, Since It's not quite #eco-friendly because i bought it all the way in America 🙈but I'm sure it will never leave my window in one piece! I love it! It really brightens up a room! On the road with my #backpack from @pinqponq . I had the luck to find this baby in @standard.saubere.sachen in #berlin. It's made from #recycled #petbottles and they work to keep toxic chemicals completely out of the supply chain on top of that they also work to better the work environment in their factories. I've had it for a couple months now and am completely in love with it! It goes everywhere with me! It's #sturdy, #comfortable, #light, #waterrepellent and has easily adjustable straps. My verdict: I lovelovelove my backpack! And would recommend it to everyone! #eco #ecofriendly #green #environment #sustainable #sunshine

Eco-logical shopping isn't about brands, it's about doing things in a sustainable way. And cleaning my house in a non-toxic way is a big part of that for me. One of the things I love to clean are windows, sparkling clean windows just make me happy. I achieve this by taking a little bucket of warm water, putting in a decent splash of white vinegar (any kind) and half of a peeled onion. First I use a wet microfiber cloth to get all the dirt, then a squeegee and finally a clean dry cloth. Every time they are sparkly clean and streak-free. I've been known to clean pretty much everything with vinegar but the tip to put the onion in, I got from a couple I cleaned at. This just took my windows to a WHOLE new level. The onion makes the windows even shinier and just basically more HD, but because it adds a little bit of grease to the water it also keeps your windows longer clean by preventing waterdrops or other stuff to stick to them. #eco #ecofriendly #green #greencleaning #cleaning #cleaninglady #cleaningtip #windows #washingwindows #household #vinegar #onion

I also bought these #Gustileder #leather #cableclips, I'm not sure how much I paid for them but I think it was about €5 euros for 3. I like them because they use #leather that would otherwise be trown away, they are very beautiful, convenient and sturdy. They are small so I feel they are more for keeping your cables neatly on the go then for the big cables that lay around the house. My verdict: #iwouldrecommend #fairleather #berlin

Last year in june i bought this beautiful wallet and yes I already hear you guys telling me how leather isn't friendly but these guys do it differently. First off, they support people from poorer country's by paying everybody a fair wage. Secondly, the leather comes from goats which are first kept for their milk and when they get slaughtered, everything gets used, the meat gets eaten by the villagers and the leather used to make sturdy wallets and backpacks. What I like about them: it's leather so with a little bit of care, it will last a lifetime + they are a fair company who still manage to make beautiful, convenient, tightly finished and affordable stuff! And you can even engrave them! What I like less: goats need to die for it. My verdict: I really like my wallet and now that I have it I wouldn't want another (finding one with enough space to put all my cards comfortably in was quite the challenge). I also feel like it's gonna last years! Say hello to my eco-friendly, pretty, affordable, warm, lightweight and most importantly comfortable slippers. They are from cork and wool and for the sole they use Natural rubber. I've had them for about 6 months now and I might have found them fitting perfectly at day one, but they are even more comfortable now because the wool has gotten the shape off my feet and the cork has gotten more flexible, leaving a few folds which i find makes them only more beautiful. The rubber soles are still in good shape and look sturdy enough to last me at least another 6 months. My verdict: I'm totally in love with these and wouldn't want any other! I would recommend these to everybody, to buy for themselves or give as a gift, you really can't go wrong! The only downside I can come up with is that they are quite warm so they are more suited for cold weather. I found them on etsy but you also order them on their own site 'www.santicork.com'. I bought this little thing because I really loved the taste of my Brita Style but wanted something more convenient to take with me on the go. The good: the water tastes very fresh and it's very portable. The bad: it filters while you drink, meaning you have to suck quite hard to get the water true the filter and the little spout keeps closing itself when you do this which makes that you basically have to keep biting down on it to keep it from closing 😔 My conclusion: it's a nice idea but not quite there yet, you're better of with a simple water bottle you fill before leaving home. Hey you guys! Today I want to talk to you about my yogamat. I bought it because I’ve been having problems with my back ever since I was 14 and I needed something to do the exercises on I got from my physical therapist. (The little stones-floor is not very pleasant for my knees) After a long search I ended up with the manduka pro extra long. Why? Because they are an honest company, trying to minimize their impact as much as possible, you have a lifelong guarantee, they give amazing cushion (sat on it for a couple hours with a 180lb friend, we sat very comfortable) and i went for the pro because i felt it was not as sensitive for discoloration as the manduka eco and despite wanting to kick myself in the beginning for splurging on the more heavy and expensive xl, but i ended up loving the extra room and if the mat doesn’t fit, I usually can’t stretch out completely anyways. I also like the feel of yogitoes but it’s not really necessary in my opinion, unless you do hot yoga or something like that… and I would love them more in some different colors, maybe without the mustard yellow stitching 😊
