Andy is the owner of Fairhaven Farm in Cindersap Forest. He doesn’t get along well with his neighbors or Lewis. He has never married and has mostly lived a lonely life. He strictly supports Joja, buying all of his seeds, supplies, and food from their store. He is good friends with Morris and George. His hobbies include foraging in the forest, drinking alcohol, farming, and reading passages in his religious text about Yoba.

Sims 4 Bio: 

Andy lives on the same lot as Claire, representing the people who live out in the country from SDVE. He is focusing on the Country Caretaker aspiration, and has a couple of cows, a llama, and several chickens. He also does a lot of beer brewing, and occasionally takes freelance jobs as a crafter, using his fabrication skill.

SDVE Bio:

Claire lives in the countryside outside of Pelican Town and buses in to work as a cashier at JojaMart. Claire is initially quiet and reserved, but she has big dreams of a life beyond retail. She enjoys reading, dancing, and watching films.

Sims 4 Bio:

Claire is in college, working on a distinguished degree for Drama to pursue her dream of becoming an actress. She is also working as a webcam model at AEP (NSFW). She’s also into cross-stitch and wellness (mostly meditation to help with her high-maintenance trait haha).

Claire found Irene de Pilar very attractive when she met her, so I might have her try to ask her out?

Paula Hussain

RSV Bio:

Having grown up in Ridgeside, Paula is well-acquainted with everyone in the valley, particularly Anton, her childhood best friend. She is an army medic who has recently been stationed in Ridgeside Clinic, which happens to be in her hometown. Her lively personality may make her seem younger than she actually is, but she is more than capable of calming everyone down and taking control of a situation when necessary. She's very approachable, and anyone who meets her instantly feels at ease around her. When she's not working at the clinic, she's commonly found drinking a beer or two at Pika's and having fun chatting with everyone.

Pairing Info:

I definitely feel like Paula is ready to settle down and maybe have a family. She’s gotten the most exciting part of her career done with, and is ready to take it slower now. I haven’t chosen anyone particular for her to be with, but she might pair well with one of the divorced moms or dads originally in Stardew such as Caroline.

Shane Brown

SDV Bio:

Shane is a villager in Pelican Town who is often rude and unhappy, and suffers from depression and alcohol dependence. However, his attitude starts to change towards any player who chooses to befriend him. He works at JojaMart most days, and after work he frequently spends his evenings in The Stardrop Saloon. He doesn't work on the weekend except on rainy days, and is frequently around the ranch.

Sims 4 Bio:

Shane is addicted to alcohol in my save, which I have added with the (slight NSFW link) Basemental Drugs mod. He’s trying to get his life together and complete the Country Caretaker aspiration and focus on his chickens, but he’s still struggling.

Pairing Info:

I was thinking about having Shane get together with Penny and they could have a simple life together on a farm, but I decided she wouldn’t want to be with someone that reminds her of her mother with the alcohol dependence, so Shane isn’t getting anywhere with her (although he is attracted to her). He’s been on a date with Corine, but it wasn’t very successful because he wasn’t on his best behavior. If he can sober up some, he may be successful at wooing her.

SDVE Bio:

Magnus Rasmodius is the local wizard of Stardew Valley. He works alongside Marlon to protect the valley from corrupt monsters. Many of the townsfolk are wary of him because they don’t understand magic and are afraid of it. Morgan lives with him as his ward and student.

Pairing Info:

Magnus was interested in Caroline in the past, but never pursued anything with her because she was married to Pierre. Now that Caroline and Pierre are divorced, will he make a move? Or will he find a new connection with someone who he doesn’t have as much of a complicated history with?

SDV Bio:

Marnie lives with her niece, Jas, and her nephew, Shane. When it is not raining, she exercises with Caroline, Jodi, Emily, and Robin on Tuesdays at Pierre's General Store. Mayor Lewis and Marnie have a very close relationship. Although Marnie claims to be single during the Flower Dance, Lewis and Marnie's 6-heart event confirms that they are dating. Lewis visits Marnie's Ranch to attend to her "business needs" on occasion, and the two can often be found drinking together at the Stardrop Saloon in the evening. In one of the story quests, Lewis asks you to find his lucky purple shorts, which can be found in Marnie's bedroom.

Pairing Info:

Marnie and Lewis are hooking up, but he’s not willing to make it official. Marnie is fine with this arrangement for now, but if she finds someone willing to show her the attention she deserves, she would break it off with Lewis.

SDV Bio:

Sebastian is a rebellious loner who lives in his parents’ basement. He is Maru’s older half-brother, and feels like his sister gets all the attention and adoration, while he is left to rot in the dark. He tends to get deeply absorbed in his work, computer games, comic books, sci-fi novels, and will sometimes spend great lengths of time pursuing these hobbies alone in his room. He can be a bit unfriendly to people he doesn’t know.

Sims 4 Bio:

In my save, Sebastian got bitten by the vampire Marceline. He and Sam are best friends, and are friends with benefits. He is in the Programming Freelancer career.

Pairing Info:

Sebastian is casually hooking up with his best friend, Sam, but they’re not dating or in a romantic relationship. Sebastian has been interested in Abigail in the past, but he’s not sure if she’s mature enough for him to settle down with.

Robin is a villager who resides at 24 Mountain Road, on The Mountain, with her husband Demetrius, daughter Maru, and son Sebastian.  Robin is the town carpenter and runs her own Carpenter's Shop, from her home.

Sims 4 Bio:

Robin is definitely focusing on the handiness skill, but I haven’t decided what her outlet for it should be. I think it might be fun to have her go into the Boss track of the Criminal Career, as that requires handiness (I guess like lockpicking?) and I think it could be a good fit for her hot headed trait.

Pairing Info:

Robin is currently married to Demetrius (she kept her own last name through her past with Sebastian’s father as well as through her current marriage with Demetrius). Demetrius has cheated on her in the past, and is also jealous of her having friends. For now, she tolerates him, but if he tries to control her too much, she may decide being single is better than staying with him.

Demetrius is a villager who resides at 24 Mountain Road, on The Mountain, with his wife Robin, daughter Maru, and step-son Sebastian.  Demetrius is a scientist who studies the valley's local wildlife. He can often be found working in his laboratory or outdoors taking notes.

In my save, Demetrius is a Botanist. He really cares about Maru being successful, so his aspiration is the Successful Lineage.

Pairing Info:

Demetrius is married to Robin, but he does have a wandering eye, and is jealous to boot. Will she put up with him, or will he end up making a mistake that proves to be the final straw?

Growing up with a carpenter and a scientist for parents, Maru acquired a passion for creating gadgets at a young age. When she isn’t  in her room, fiddling with tools and machinery, she sometimes does odd jobs at the local clinic.  Her friends describe her as friendly, outgoing, and ambitious.

Pairing Info:

I think I might have Maru be asexual, but not aromantic, so I might try to pair her up with someone. I think she would be open to being in a closed polycule, but she herself would probably only want to have a romantic relationship with one person at a time.

My version of Gunther is asexual and aromantic, so I won’t be pairing him up with anyone at this time.

SDV Bio:

Abigail lives at the general store with her parents. She sometimes fights with her mom, who worries about Abigail’s “alternative lifestyle”. Her mom has the following to say: “I wish Abby would dress more appropriately and stop dyeing her hair blue. She has such a wonderful natural hair color, just like her grandmother did. Oh, and I wish she’d find some wholesome interests instead of this occult nonsense she’s into.” You might find Abigail alone in the graveyard, or maybe out in a rainstorm looking for frogs.

Sims 4 Bio:

In my save, I have played Abigail for one rotation so far. She is working on her Folklore & Mythology degree (from Zero’s Custom Degrees) to become a Paranormal Investigator.

Pairing info:

I currently haven’t decided who I want to pair Abigail up with. She’s poly, so she would be open to being in a relationship with more than one person.

I have also added the main new characters added to Stardew Valley with the Stardew Valley Expanded mod into my Sims 4 save, and have build most of their houses in the Sims 4.

I am adding Ridgeside Village characters to my SIms 4 save file, and am also building their houses (my loose interpretation) for their sim versions to live in.

On my save, I have changed a few of my sims to follow their portrayals in the Diverse Stardew Valley Mod instead of their original versions in the Brindleton Bay is Stardew Valley/ Vanilla Stardew Valley Game.

This is the save file I started playing with. I tweaked some of the sims based on my own interpretations of them from Stardew Valley, and drew inspiration in some cases from their portrayals in the Diverse Stardew Valley Mod.
