energy drinks are one of my favorite appetite suppressents 😋😋 it almost immediately makes me not hungry, and plus! Caffeine makes me really tired, so I can just sleep instead of eat.
Ive also had a fever for a few days now, so being sick is an excuse to why im not eating much 😼😼

Ima eat a little more than i usually do today because ive been sick and have had a fever of 102 for the past 2 days 😓😓
Meal plan for today~
☆ apple with cinnamon (80 cal) with mango (80)
☆ homeade butternut squash soup (300 cal)
☆ air fried tofu with zucchini noodles (240 cal)
total = 700 cal
and of course, i will be taking viatams, some medicine and will drinking lots of water!!! im quite scared about upping it this much, but i do NOT wanna be sick anymore.
