Perfect example here on why you need to eat high volume, low cal instead of low volume, high cal. This is what I've been doing and I am able to eat more and stay fuller a lot longer without cravings and I don't binge. It also typically involves picking healthier foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals and as we eat so little, we need to make sure what we're eating is as nourishing as possible and to take our vitamins & minerals with our meals 💜

How to be a princess
-drink ice water all of the time
-always wear lip gloss/lip balm and reapply it often
-always smell good, take lots of showers with yummy smelling soaps, use lotion all of the time and wear a matching perfume
-always have soft skin and hair (lotion + hair routine)
-don't eat anything greasy or too indulgent, be delicate with your choices. Choose things like salads, veggies, fruits, and always make food at home instead of going out
-keep your nails painted a soft pretty color, fix them when the paint chips
-wear makeup everyday, wake up early and carefully apply it with natural lighting
-no soda or sugary drinks, make yourself tea made out of flowers and plants if you want something other than plain water
-go to sleep early, wake up early
-keep your space clean, take time everyday to tidy up your room/home. You're too pretty to live somewhere ugly
-don't eat portions that wouldn't fit in the palm of your hand, don't be greedy
-make your bed every morning
-wear delicate jewelry like little necklaces and bracelets
-spend time outside, take long walks and enjoy nature. Breathe. Walk slowly.
-spend time choosing what you're going to wear, always dress cute and wear lots of accessories

Tidbits! I don’t have them where I live but I bought them as a great low calorie snack to keep under my budget. They are pricey but each bag totals out as 60 cal. Good replacement for cookies (or so I’ve heard😶🌫️)
Comes in all sorts of flavors they even have a keto pack.
