My question is, frog wizard has a grandpa who taught him magic right? Asking cause I remember seeing a post like that awhile ago but haven’t seen it since and I want to make sure I didn’t just make that up

As for your question, Grant does have a Guardian, but he is not his Grandfather but rather he is his Dad! The Great Wizard Darrow!

I've yet to expand upon their relationship in anything atm. What you have probably seen is a drawing by my Partner and Fiance, she drew it awhile back and I had posted it to Tiktok.

But to answer the other part of the question, yes Darrow did teach Grant about magic, and it's relation to the world they live in. How it is a part of every aspect of life from the mundane to the grand.

A fun fact, Darrow is only known by that one name and his title of Great Wizard Darrow. So when Grant was given a last name his Dad gave him his only name as Grants last name. So that is why the Frog Wizard is known as Grant Darrow.
