OK so i have thoughts (shockers) about the vengeance saga honestly over all love it all the songs are incredible as always and i adore six hundred strikes mostly the latter half buut the jetpack was goofy even for me and I'm a weeb i can take a lot when it comes to goofy. Didn't ruin it for me but made me consider making an animatic for the first time with my own interpretation of the fight. Also i don't get all the hate for Ody beating Poseidon I mean i feel like we have a misconception that gods should be unbeatable it makes perfect narrative sense and i would even argue Ody still partially tricks Poseidon what with them being at sea at the beginning of get in the water but falling onto land in six hundred strikes which makes me believe during the anime fight Ody specifically guided them over land so they wouldn't fall right back into Poseidon's domain. Overall the sagas really good and i am seriously considering actually making an animation of get in the water/six hundred strikes

Also here's a quick sketch of my Poseidon design.(yes i headcanon him as one eyed with a pirate eye patch shush)

Huh that is a tricky question xD honestly probably Vaggie or Al i love all of them but i feel like with those two i managed to properly capture the idea i had without compromising too much

another swap au design whooo i still cant draw sir Pentious and I ain't letting that stop me

This swap was decided by y'all in this poll and I'm gonna be honest when I put it as an option I had no idea how I was gonna make it work and honestly I still only have like half an idea but that ain't stopping me. In my role swap au I usually try to keep their backstories and personalities as similar to canon as possible while tweaking just enough to make their new role in the store make sense for these two I found that that approach just wasn't feasible. So in this Au Sir Pentious was created as an angel and has lived his entire life in heaven he still has some minor trust issues mostly because even before the heavens meeting where he learns about the extermination he notices some things not adding up but questioning heaven is not something he would do as such those questions and suspicions are left festering under the surface which might lead to his fall in the future :) I leaned a lot more into the "flaming snake" depiction of a seraphim along with giving him wings becouse the boy deserves wings. Emily on the other hand is a regular sinner dieing in the late 19th century like sir Pentious and being an inventor like him. Like her canon counterpart I think Emily is still good natured and goofy getting sent to hell because while she genuinely wanted to help people her ignorance and naivety led to a lot of her inventions hurting and even killing people. She wants to become a strong overlord so she can transform the place for her idea of the better not noticing how her methods are hurting people and further cementing her place down there. Her redemption would be mostly about her connecting with the residents of the hotel learning their stories and realising how wrong her perception of hell and the greater good was. She would also play into Vaggies ark of learning to open up and trust others along with learning to actually help the citizens of help become better people instead of forcing them into strict moulds she believes to be the best for them due to her preception of hell as former angel. I actually had a lot of fun with Emily's design and while i'm still not feeling so great (why I didn't sketch out any scenes with these two goofballs I will do so when I have the energy) I'm doing a lot better and will probably be back soon. I have also been thinking about turning my swap au into a comic what do y'all think?

I decided to give this au of him a rifle as a primary weapon since his power is sealed by his deal with Vox. Also I'm a bit sick atm so I won't be very active for a bit since screens are giving me a headache so sorry for that.

OK so as some of you may know I'm currently doing a role!swap au for Hazbin hotel (if you wanna check it out here) The thing is I have been struggling with deciding who to swap Sir Pentious with. Atm I am seeing two options and I have decided to let y'all choose because I honestly can't. 1.Swap with Emily: this could work the problem is that i try to keep their personalities as close to canon as possible just changing their circumstances and how I feel they would affect their personality, which would be tricky with Emily's character seeing as she is basically heavens Charlie. Though now that I think about it, it could work well for Swap!Vaggie . Not a hundret percent sure on that. 2. don't swap him with anyone: just leaving the snake boii as the one unswaped character. Personally I think this would be funny but also I would feel a bit bad for my boii. I don't wanna exclude him from the fun. Secret third option (not serious just if you wanna see the results without voting): swap him with Adam: my best friend suggested this. I have no idea how it would work I have no idea if it would even work with the way I have structured this au so far but I think it’s hilarious and I wanna share it with y'all

Another swap au WOooooo. This time it's the two best girls  Rosie and Cherri bomb.

Here's the thing, the only thing that's changed is that Cherris is an overlord and Rosie isn't so this one is gonna be pretty short and I'm gonna talk a bit more about the design choices I made. Cheri rules over an industrial district specialising in explosives and on the side some weapons and drugs she and Angel dust have an agreement where she is the one to actually create a lot of the supply of drugs that his mob sells and he focuses on advertisement and distribution. I tried keeping her half and half design in this au while making her look more put together and professional since she is an overlord and that means at least somewhat keeping up appearances. Rosie on the other hand isn’t an overlord, she still has cannibal town but it's a very small but slowly expanding I imagine it in this au as the early days of cannibal town with her creating it only a decade or two ago. She is still mostly the same but due to the cannibal town being an up and coming thing she has to fight to defend her territory more often as such I gave her a shorter skirt and pants while trying to keep her silhouette similar ish. Also yes she fights using her umbrella no I will not be elaborating :) 1 2 3 4 5
