Sw: 140 lb
Height: 5’3.5”/ 161.3 cm
Docs office has 5’4”/162.56 cm
Weight: 120-122ish (54.4- 55.3kg) (guessing)
Docs office has 130lb (59kg)
I make the distinction since it’s important to know about me. I was prescribed a stimulant for my diagnosis of ADD. . . so I will rant about being weighed at the docs office and knowing it will be a shit-ton of weight. My PCP doesn’t want me to lose weight cause she knows I’m weird about it too. I water and food load prior. The stimulant helps me with not purging and knowing hunger signals. I have ate more on it than off of it, but the quality of the food is astronomically better.
Gw: 107lb / 48.5 kg
Ugw: 99lb / 45 kg
Had bulimia since I was 12, still have it now that I’m 20. It’s been better recently. I probably have EDNOS.
I’m in college and will graduate May 2026.
I don’t have a daily limit, just eat under my BMR or TDEE. Walk 5k steps a day. Drink 2L of water.
Love: coffee, tea, zero cal sprite /ginger ale, apples, toast, dark chocolate, traveling, dressing up, bows, baking, writing, reading, and music.
Hate: My mom, licorice, spicy sauces, red meat, having no control, being yelled at, and the smell of smoke.

Maybe what's hindering you in your weight loss process is thinking about it too much.
Don't obsess about it, thinking too much about food makes you eat out of anxiety.
Get distracted, do other things, find new hobbies that don't involve counting calories and food.
Stop thinking about it and everything will become easier.
Keeping your mind occupied and away from anything that involves food and calories will make you feel better and not be tempted to eat.
The best strategy will always be: Consistency and keep yourself busy
