Meet the Blogger Behind Bonnie & Bandie
Fashion inspiration all the way from Metz, Catch up with our latest Blogger!
I live in the East of the France in Metz. I have a concept store in my city, her name is Camden Shop and we sell vintage clothing. I like to shop Vintage, Zara and H&M.
I was quickly drawn to fashion.  As a child, I was drawing fashion figures and I created clothes for my dolls. When I was 20 years old, I studied fashion design.
I started my blog in last September.  Creating a blog seemed like the natural thing to do.  My blog allows me to highlight some of the vintage clothes that come from my store. I love fashion but also I am passionate about photography and I love to use different effects in photoshop to present my outfits. It's a way for me to express myself and my creativity through fashion.
I like to combine  vintage fashion with current fashion. I think it is a good compromise. This allows me to have a different style and out of uniformity. I love Jeffrey Campbell Shoes it's number one for me when it comes to shoes. He brings us the creativity of the best designers at accessible prices.  I love also wear some sneakers and my favorite brand is New Balance.
Like most women I have an addiction to shoes. I must buy 2 per month! I love chunky boots, and shoes with a unisex look. This is why I love Jeffrey Campbell brands. There's no limit in his creations. And the price is awesome!
I love learning about current fashion trends and adding my own fashion vision to them. The minimalist style fascinates me. I am drawn to this style more and more. I love that a garment is structured and the lines of the silhouette.
I love the moment when I am designing a look and finding a new way to present it. This puts me in a total euphoria. Sharing with the person who reads my blog is a form of reward. It feeds you.
I can't do without jeans Levis 501 and T-shirt. This is the basis of my style. And this goes with all stylish shoes.
My favorite shoes on your webstite :

http://www.envishoes.com/freema.html#.UxH-Mvl5NR0
I love the design of soles and directly inspired by  the Stella Mc Cartney it shoes.

Zunyda: The Omniscient Artist
Zunyda, tell us a bit about who you are and what you do.
I’m just a 20 year old creative entity who likes to believe she is on the road less traveled. I am a self taught fashion designer and artist ...amongst a few other things.
Where do you find inspiration?
I find my true inspiration in nature. I can spend hours observing the complexities of our surroundings. I pay attention to shapes, colors and functions of plants, the sky and sometimes even infrastructure if I admire a building.
On the other hand I find inspiration in things that I don’t like.
How much time goes into these pieces you make?
Hours and hours!  BUT as a person who loves the process in its entirety, I love every second. I get this unexplainable feeling when creating. To know that I created something from nothing makes me feel that much closer to our maker.
We here at Envi Shoes believe in art & fashion as a lifestyle. How do you express your individuality daily?
I express individuality everyday from my style of dress to my overall mindstate. Style is just one part of the equation. I celebrate the individual who can be their complete selves in this crazy world of monotony.
Do you find more joy in making custom orders form others come to life or your own?
So I find the joy equally in both aspects or different reasons.
I infuse so much love into my custom orders. It is almost as if I’m giving a piece of me to them and it humbles me each and every time.
Now the joy in making pieces just for myself has a certain freedom and selfishness to it because I know I’ll like what I am creating and disregard whether or not others will too.
You work with physical clothing as well as painting. Does working with one fulfill a void that the other cannot? Or is it harmonious?
I like to think that constructing clothing and paintings are harmonious for me. However I do seem to to put one the wayside whenever I am focused on one. I’m seeking to find the right balance to make time to paint more often because I definitely miss it. In painting there are less restrictions and endless streams of imagination whereas clothing must follow a certain structure for the majority of the time.
How important is it for different mediums of art to constantly collaborate?
Very. It encourages us to open our minds a bit more and discover other perspectives.
Who are your biggest influences?
My biggest influences are really just my closest friends.
As far as more well known individuals I do admire Artists Kesh Kumari simply because she does what she wants, is also self taught and comes off as really pure in her spirit and work ethic.
How would you describe your style?
I like to describe my style as afro-vintage.  It’s eclectic yet bold and classic. I have a lot of vintage jewels passed down to me from my grandmothers worldly travels and I love to incorporate those pieces into my everyday looks.
Does music play a big role in your life?
The biggest role ever. I’m that girl that will dance alllll night if the music is right. I’m surrounded by musicians all the time and have even worked for a music festival in Brooklyn called Afro Punk Fest for the past three years. It’s also crucial for me to have the best sounds blazing through my studio when I’m working. Music creates a certain vibe that I need in order to get productive on pieces.
What would be your dream gig?
One of my dream gigs would be the opportunity to go on tour with one of my favorite musicians as the creative director of the tour or to be in charge of designing their whole tour wardrobe. It’s my three favorite things in one Designing, Music and Traveling.
What do you look for in the perfect pair of shoes?
I like height, function, and unique details in shoes but also being able to comfortably walk which makes platforms perfect for me. I was happy when platforms came back out I’m pretty sure I’ll be wearing them for eternity. I also like to make sure I can wear the shoe with many different outfits. I consider comfort then form but for an amazing shoe I will make the sacrifice.
ENVI SHOE PICKS
The Gamma Ray Boot
First off they’re platforms and boots and iridescent. What’s not to love?
The Theron Mid by Jeffrey Campbell
I can never really go wrong with a black strappy but chunky shoe. I could definitely see myself getting a lot of wear out of these shoes.
Keep up with Zunyda:  WEBSITE

Envi Shoes sat down with Elijah Daniel
Comedy writer & Twitter Personality @AGuyWithNoLife
Elijah, talk to us a little about your background in writing before Twitter.
My first actual writing gig was for a Christian newspaper when I was 12. I had my own column called "Kidz Korner" where I re-wrote bible stories for kids my age to understand.
After that I started writing for websites and blogs, and eventually started writing scripts for movies and TV shows.
In 2012 I wrote a script with my friend and fellow comedy writer, Jay Such, which we pitched to networks like NBC. Since then I've been working on some secret projects, which I'm really excited to launch later this Spring.
Did Twitter help or take time away from writing or does it keep you on your toes?
Twitter is a huge time-waster, no doubt. One minute I'm being productive and the next I'm looking at Oprah's tweets, wondering why she won't follow me back. But at the same time I've gotten so many opportunities through twitter that all the time-wasting is actually paying off.
Before social media, what did you think was in store for your future?
I either wanted to be a writer or a hardcore gangster rapper, there is no in-between.
Pros & Cons of being sought after online?
Everything is a pro in it's own way, honestly. It just depends on how you view things.
What doors has social media opened for you?:
I can't really talk about a lot of the things I'm doing, because they're still in the works. But it's definitely opened a lot of doors and given me the opportunities to work with so many of my favorite people and companies. (I'm talking about you, Taco Bell)
Any horror story from an online encounter?
I once had a 57yr old man find my home address and send me a box full of teddy bears. So I mean...
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Hopefully not dead or in jail, but let's be real I'll probably be in jail.
What do you think is the future of Social Media as we know it?
Anything that isn't Google+
How do you keep up with 81 THOUSAND followers?
I can't. I can barely even keep up with the Kardashians.
Any advice for aspiring comedy writers? Or writers of any kind?
Just keep writing, and only do it if you truly enjoy it.
What’s something you’d want your followers to know about you?
I love Harry Styles.
What would you say your style is?
My style is either "homeless" or "hipster girl on her way to starbucks" there is no in-between.
When looking for a pair of shoes, what do you look for?
I walk a lot, so comfort is definitely the number one thing.

Get to Know Blogger Jessica Christ
Just another bloggers whose style you cannot ignore
Tell us a little about where you are from?
I'm from beautiful Switzerland.
What are some of your favorite places to shop in your country?
Fizzen and Zara
When did your love affair with fashion begin?
By the end of 2012
When and why did you start blogging?
In September 2012 because I wanted to create my own style and so my journey began.
  Tell us about your blog.
I don't really use it anymore since I'm photographer and not really a blogger. Writing a lot is not really my favourite part, I prefer the photos. That's why I use Lookbook.nu more often. But I want to start blogging again, just not that often.
What are some of your favorite things to blog about?
Outfits and sometimes behind the scenes from my photoshoots.
What are some of your favorite shoe brands?
My all time favourite is Jeffrey Campbell but also To Be Announced, Underground, Vagabond, Nike, Miista, Dr. Martens, ...
Name some of your favorite shoe and clothing trends?
Shoes: Biker boots, cut out boots
Clothign: minimalism (black and white), the colour mint
Share some of your best moments, since you started blogging.
In 2013 designed my own bag in collaboration with Fab.nl and Fashiolista.com. I got to collaborate with Tally Weijl, To Be Announced, Shellys London, Zalando, Miss KL and Guido Maggi. I've got a lot of experience and it has helped me so much to dare having an own style.
Name a few pieces in your closet that you just can't get enough of?
My own designed bag, my biker boots from To Be Announced, black Topshop jeans (since I'm really small, they're the only ones that fit me perfectly!), my Nike shoes, a white crop top from Zara, Coat from Evil Twin, ... I just can't get enough of my shoes in general. But I mean, who can?
Can you share some pics of your closet with us?
Haha, oh no. It's a little bit messy and I have to sort it out.
Can you share some (at least 2-3) of your favorite shoes on our website? and why?
The Jeffrey Campbell Myles- These babes are one of the most awesome boots I've ever seen.  The buckles are perfect. For me a classic shoe that'll never get old.
The Jeffrey Campbell  - They remind me so much of Stella McCartney's brilliant shoes.
The Jeffrey Campbell - The perfect shoes for warm/hot summer nights
TUK Tropical Creeper- Refreshing design, great for SS.
